I will say I actually got my money's worth. Buying this elite controller has stopped me from buying a new xbox controller every 3 to 4 months. It is kinda sad that a basic xbox controller comes with so many faults that it starts to drift after a while. If you want reliability and durability, save some money and get this one.

Yes the price is a little high but the customization features are great! Plus the fact that it has a removable charging dock in the case is really nice. I read some reviews that say this product isn't very durable. I will say when I received it some of the plastic pieces need to be popped back in. But so far no issues, at the end of the day you should always buy the Best Buy warranty for controllers and electronics.

This controller is great however the upper right paddle came in defective. You have to click it down pretty hard for the upper right paddle button to register not like how you would regularly click it. I can hear and feel the click and everything, but it just doesn’t register. Other than that, this controller is an excellent choice

I was pleased with the first generation Controller. The improvements to the trigger locks are fantastic. The control sticks seem more responsive and have adjustable tensioners. I haven’t figured out the shift function in the app yet, but from a cursory inspection it appears there is a greater degree of customization options with the buttons. The docking station is the greatest improve,ent, no more breaking the USB input.

This is buy far one of the best controllers I’ve bought. The quality is among the best. Great heip, customizable buttons and profiles. The finish on it is exquisite.

Works very well and has very good build quality. The paddles on the back make it very easy to keep you fingers on the joystick while using abxy. VERY pricy though. This is a premium priced product that really is not needed for most people.

Good controller though problems with drift occur and I've had to replace. I like the controller, though a bit heavy, and Best Buy honors their warranty.

Responsive and Sturdy. Trouble with camera stick locking forward which seems to be a common occurrence in the series 2, otherwise would give 5 stars. Battery life is fantastic. I didn't experience any drift. Joy stick options are great, helps with precision movement on aiming etc...

I love this controller, its elite and its a good feel.

Worked great at first but about 6 months into my replacement in started doing the same thing. LB doesnt always register, now its RB and one of the back buttons. I got the geek squad warranty and already used it and the replacement did the exact same thing.

It’s good but the case that microwave gives you pushes on the sticks a bit much for me to be fully happy with the full kit. Other wise it has great battery life and the charging stand is nice to have out the box.

Incredible controller. This has elevated my gaming experience ten fold. Absolutely no issues which was a concern for me due to the previous model being somewhat underwhelming for the price point. However I can confidently say as an avid gamer (4-8 hour sessions daily) I have ran into no problems at all and will continue using this product.

By no means have I found the controller to be of poor build quality. Everything feels great from the grips to the beautiful metal dpad and padles. The customization is nice, very easy to setup and disassemble/reassemble. Everything that is able to be detached is magnet. Pretty strong magnets. I love how you can turn down the brightnessof the Xbox logo to fairly dim. Trigger stops are the bomb. Paddles are hard to get used to imo

Leaps and bounds better than the 1st Gen. I was hesitant about getting it because of the bad drift I experienced on the 1st Gen version (on two separate controllers, too) but I am glad I did. Crisp performance and connects seamlessly with my Xbox.

Love this controller! Wireless charging and built in battet is great. Easy to customize and srt up paddles. Works great with Gortnite or any shooter to step up your game!

Nice feel not to heavy and easy to set ups and utilize.

This Is a great Xbox controller to play i would 100% recommend you buy this It is expensive, yes but it is worth it in the long run.

This is by far the best quality controller I have ever used. Works flawlessly with my iPad for gaming. Has the perfect amount of weight to it. The quality of the unit is felt in every interaction with the bottoms and joysticks. I play games maybe once a week to once every 3 weeks. No regrets purchasing this controller.

Love the set up options, you can really customize this controller. I don't like the texture as much as I did the first Elite controller, but this one is OK. Internal battery has been great so far, holds charge for a long time. Adjustable tension on the sticks is a cool feature. They are very pricey I think though.

If you’re a real gamer this is the controller for you! I love the design and comfort when holding this controller. The extra paddles for competitive gameplay is my all time favorite. Very satisfied!!
