The four paddles on the back allow for quick and easy remapping of buttons. I like that I can have save up to three different versions for different games.

I had the previous elite controller, and very much like the face you can increase or decrease the resistance of the thumb sticks. I also love the rechargeable battery and the ability to remove the charging base or leave it in the case (which has a pass thru port) and charge it in there while its protected.

Husband absolutely fell in love with this controller. He was so excited to have certain settings available with a push of a button for each game he played.

It’s a great controller. Takes some getting use too. The only advantage is that it feels more premium and you get the extra buttons. I returned it and just got a regular controller.

I got this controller for my dad as a gift. I already had one for years. Once you tried this you can never go back to a regular controller, they feel like toys after.

The best controller on the market! The Series 2 has everything you could want. I know people will complain about the build quality. I had the series 1. Take care of it and it will last, I recommend getting Best Buys protection plan. 2 years is worth it.

This Microsoft Xbox one x elite series 2 is much better than the original. The buttons are smooth. The triggers/paddles are on point. And programming is easy. The controller feels great in my hands making it easy to play for hours without hand fatigue. Want a great Xbox one experience, buy this controller.

This is a super great controller out of the many I have bought. Me and my boyfriend love this controller and the fact that you can match it to your own way that you like to have a controller is the coolest thing ever. I would definitely recommend buying this controller . It is definitely worth the money.

Controller has a very premium feeling. I had the last variation of the Elite controller and it served me well for a couple of years. Eventually I started to get some stick drift and the rubberized grips started to come off. This controller is nicer than it's predecessor and I've seen no such problems yet.

By far the best purchase at Best Buy. Seems like the get the best quality stock because my controller hasn’t failed me once

It's a great controller! However, the A button sticks/doesn't entirely work unless you press down extra hard. The bumpers in the back work flawlessly.

This is my son’s second Elite controller in less than a year. The first one had a button go bad after a few months of use. He really likes this controller even though it has way to many buttons for me to comprehend.

I’ve been using the elite controllers since the beginning of the first elite v1. These controllers are very sturdy, and add a competitive advantage while playing competitive games. Haven’t had any problems with either controllers, and will continue to buy future new and improved controllers from Microsoft.
