If you've been considering a controller like this, grab it up! Not badly priced compared to other options and will help elevate you gaming experience. In my opinion anyways.

Controller feels great. The weight to the performance is 10/10. Have had no issues with this controller from the box to using it almost everyday

Order a open box controller, was in very good conditions, works well with no problems, would recommend to anyone that needs a new controller

It's a nice controller I'm little disappointed because I ordered new and I received in an open box the tapes were broken now I'm not sure the product were new or an open box what is sure I pay full price.

When new, the controller works fantastically. Key phrase is WHEN NEW. This is the 3rd elite controller that I am now going to have to replace because of stick drift, sticky buttons, and the headphone jack not working. Each controller started showing these issues just a few months in. You're probably thinking "Okay no problem, I'll just pay for the Best Buy 2 year warranty, then I can get a new controller whenever I want". HAHA good luck EVER finding them in stock. THEY WON'T EVEN ORDER THEM FROM MICROSOFT FOR YOU. My controller has been a piece of garbage for a couple of months now, but can't get it replaced thanks to Best Buy's constant lack of inventory on them. I have the listing bookmarked and check daily to see if they have any in stock, and they never do. Overall I do NOT recommend this controller for any gamer. Only reason I gave two stars is the controller is very nice when its brand new out of the box. However, you will regret it when you pay this much money and are without a useable controller for months at a time, after only using the thing for a couple of months.

I bought one of these over a year ago for myself. I loved it so much that I gifted it to two of my cousins and one of my friends a couple months ago! If you want a top tier Xbox Controller which works on Xbox Series X or previous gen Xbox's, I highly recommend it!

This is a controller for my son and he absolutely loves how you’re able to customize so many different things on this controller. I recommend buying the geek squad protection

Rear paddles and stick customization is great. Love the overall feel of this controller.

This controller feels nice and easy to use. I have not had any issues with it so far. All though this controller uses a rechargeable battery, the battery life on this controller is very good.

So much better than series 1. Little disappointed that there’s not two extra long joysticks as I use those on the series one. Overall feel is greatly improved grips are great the battery life is phenomenal and be able to charge it right in the case is even better.

This is the best controller I have ever used. I already had one before purchasing this one, this one is a gift for my nephew. The only thing that I can say is that the price might not be in everyone’s price range but if you can afford it I would highly recommend it.

Will continue to buy this controller from Best Buy because it is the best Xbox controller and because of their 2 year warranty.

I got this controller on the day it came out and since then it has been holding up very well, I love the battery life much better than last year dont have to charge as often, the remapping of the buttons and creating profile for certain games has made me a much more aggressive and faster gamer.

Controller is very comfortable. When playing the controller somehow would select As i pressed the Y button and changing the screen view. I have been playing this same game for years with "regular" MS controller no problems. Configured the button not to be used. This was a mistake when it changed my view i could not change it back! Although very comfortable and seemingly well built will be returning the controller. Thank you for the Best buy total membership for extended returns. Very over priced for what you get. At least in my opinion.
