me and my son were looking forward to this controller. love the battery built in was having fun using it then the right bumper went bad. i have sent it out for replacement. as i was looking at my Microsoft page i saw my 1 year warranty had the wrong expiration date [4/20/20]! how does a controller that came out in November expire in April? i called up they said would be fixed and next day it showed expiration of 2/4/20 called back to hear them say they will try to fix but they changed the warranty to 90 days for a 200.00 controller. 1] they cant changed a promised warrenty after you purchase it still trying to get threw to them to fix it

I love this controller!! I play alot of call of duty and games of that nature so having the trigger locks is amazing!

It is a really good controller for this price I love the fact you can change the thumbsticks out

The controller works and feels good, has a good weight too it and i have had no issues so far. Id reccomend to get the microsoft usb dongle

Controller feels good in your hands. Everything feels solid on this one and the magnetic interchangeable thumb sticks and makes this controller awesome for games like COD or Destiny!

Once you use this controller you'll never be able to go back to another one. The functionality and ease of use is far above anything else available.

I held off buying one of these for a long time. When Jedi Survivor cane out I caved and my mind was blown at how much better performance I get from it.

So far I am enjoying it, I m a little concerned with the QC over at Microsoft but hopefully it will last for years to come

I’ve had it for about a month already and it’s the best quality and comfortable has amazing grip and the internal battery is amazing last so long on charge I’ve only charged it three times so far the type c is amazing too I can plug in real quick without messing up the port

Bought two. One for me, me for my son. To me, it’s just a well built controller. To my son, this thing is a gift from the heavens. Like I said, well built, heavy, interchangeable doo-dads, cool charging case, pretty neat. Get one.

The controller is awesom. The extra buttons helps to use the way we want. The charging case is good and helps to keep the controller safe.

Completely customizable controller that has a solid feel in your hands. It looks amazing and performs flawlessly. Once customized to your liking, the game play becomes so much easier. It has taken my enjoyment of my Xbox One X to a whole different level. I highly recommend this controller.

Great controller but this is my second replacement because of stick drift and top bumper buttons not responding unless pressed really hard.

This is the Best Controller out there built in battery a great little charger stand. I love the feel of this it is a little heavy but not bad at all. Having the extra buttons under the controller is great. You can set up the controller any way you want the buttons to go.

Ever have that moment when you screw up (and have to start over) and within that very moment you feel like breaking sh#t...ahh it maintains the most insane rages yet...lol
