The controller itself is awesome, but it breaks super easily. I've bought 2 of these controllers this calendar year and both give out after like 2-3 months of regular use. RB/LB stop responding or respond multiple times for each press. The A/B/X/Y buttons stop responding. This controller is great for the first 2-3 months of use, but both of the controllers I have bought have broken down after a short period of time. If you are going to buy this controller, make sure you get the warranty so that you can return it when it does break down.

I absolutely love this controller. It feels great in hand and the extra buttons make it a lot easier to play certain games

I tried the Scuf which I loved but this is much better. The only thing that scuf was better at were the triggers, but this is good enough and the rest of the components are superior

Love the paddles and the design. However, the controller disconnects from my Xbox randomly and the RB button often is jammed or hard to use which messes me up while playing competitive games. Other than that it’s a great controller…. Just maybe not worth the price for the issues.

This is a BIG upgrade over the Elite Series 1 controller but doesn't fix all of the flaws. It warrants a five star review because it's the best gaming controller I've used (haven't tried the new PS5 controller yet).

I really like this controller and its predecessor and would recommend it. Except that 4 months into owning it the left joystick has started to drift up. Of course this is after my 90 days is up. I have found this an ongoing problem in Xbox controllers not just the elite. Yet with a price tag of 179 I expect a little better quality. If you purchase definitly buy the extended warranty through Best Buy.

The grip on the controller felt amazing and the extra panels on the back are also really cool. Loved how i can adjust the triggers!

Feels amazing. You’ll never go back from using paddles once you get used to it. Left thumb stick stopped working fully after about 6 mo but Xbox repaired it under warranty

I love this controller. It has a much better feel and the controls seem to be sharper than the standard controller. I use this for various games and couldn't be more pleased that I purchased this controller.

Best controller I've ever used. I've tested and purchased most high-end tournament ready controllers in my day and this one is a clear cut winner. Great build quality, excellent customizations and ease of use.

Love having more options to customize. I feel the price is a bit high for the value of those buttons. Battery lasts long and charges easily. The remote is well made.

its a great controller, the paddles will take a bit of getting used to, but you can remove them easily if you don't want to deal with them, personally I prefer the grip on the era 1 elite controller, but this one is still a great controller for competitive players

The paddles and customization make this a must-have controller!! The weight also feels =very good in hand.

Exactly as advertised, a very versatile controller for XBox One with swappable joysticks and D-pad along with paddles and hair triggers on the back. Excellent battery life as well and comes with a great case to store the extra swappable parts, paddles, and charging station.

Amazing controller. Has great grips on it and had much more of a premium next gen feel to it! Don’t hesitate add grab this controller!
