I looked online to see if other people were having this issue and it turns out a lot of people have had this issue over the last year. Microsoft extended their warranty up to a year for the controller instead of the 90 days they first established but this issue should have been fixed.

Interchangeable thumbsticks and d-pad a nice touch. Heavy duty, definitely not a light controller. Being able to charge the controller inside the case is a nice touch as well. Totally worth the money.

If you play enough and are willing to pay the price tag it is a great well made product.

Yhe buttons are great. Very smooth and the grip is amazing. I also love the fact that I don't have to buy a battery pack for this Controller. Its definitely a must have for a true gamer.
