The controller is great. The pros are that it last long. Doesnt need to be recharged right away. The only con is that its a bit heavy. Besides that, great controller.

I really enjoy video games so having this is more like a “collectors” item. I love that the controller is customizable. However, it’s not a must have. If you play COD/HALO/PUBG etc it could be useful. Parents, if you don’t have the money to spend on this, try and reason with your child before purchasing.

Despite not having back paddles, the controller is very nice to use.

I love the weight and adaptive triggers, great for fps games

Outside of the known issues with stick drift, I exclusively play Xbox daily utilizing my elite controller. The trigger settings and ability to swap out my sticks for different play styles definitely improved my game play. Heck I bought a second one for my pc

The controller is sturdy, responsive, works great. The new design that uses rechargeable batteries and included charging stand, is a much improved feature over prior generation that used a cable to power the device. Prior design also ran on alkaline batteries, but constantly had to replace them, costly. The rechargeable batteries last long time between charges. No cons with the new design. Little pricey, but worth it. Make sure to purchase extended warranty, helps reduce replacement cost down the line.

The controller is solid, except for the slight stick drift which I assume is a product of my mishandling of the controller not a fault of the controller itself. The software however is terrible and left my controller unable to be customized for a few months while I waited on an update to roll out.

If ur a Gamer u will love this controller I certainly do. I have to say the two best things are being able u switch the joy sticks to a bigger size with sting magnetic seal so u don't have to worry about it just popping off, Makes a big difference when playing games like Call of duty or fortnite. The other thing is the built-in battery with type c charger. No more changing batteries or having to buy a battery pack, plus it lasts much longer than any thing out there.

This controller is all about quality manufacturing, improved controls, and heightened sensitivity – perfect for gamers who love to play a lot. Plus, the charging dock is a really cool bonus. Sure, it's a tad pricey, but in my opinion, the quality you get makes it totally worth it.

Seems better than the original. Recommend for any Xbox players

I had the original elite controller and I am very pleased with the elite 2 controller. Many more features to the elite 2 than was offered for the elite 1. Have the ability for 3 different controller presets at the touch of a button for different games you play or just variations of your favorite game controls

I've owned two of these controllers now. My last one lasted 6 years, very impressed with the quality. These feel more heavy duty than the basic controllers

This controller is near-perfect. Everything about it is excellent. Except for one major gripe. The analog sticks slightly drift, and they didn't start until past my warranty period. I had to adjust the dead zone to be a bit larger to compensate, and even then, right stick will now turn my character left slightly sooner and slower than it turns right.

Outstanding open box buy, it was everything I hoped it would be. It elevated my game to levels I haven’t seen since I emulated Dirk the Daring and saved Princess Daphne from the evil dragon Singe.

For the amount of options and things you can do with this controller, I personally enjoy it compared to the typical regular Xbox controller a person can get. Me personally however, I waited for when there was a sale going on for Best Buy, or if there was an open box version available

The bumpers were completely changed and should no longer be a issue like it was for me by returning 3 of the 1st version because of bumpers breaking. Seems the whole casing is made of a high density rubberized plastic so no more problems with grips peeling off. That was a problem I never experienced. Clicky buttons. Some people prefer that, some dont. Im just glad the took care of the cheaply constructed bumpers from the previous version. These bumpers are solid! ALL IN ALL: Great controller. Dont forget to update the drivers.

The first Xbox elite controller would get stick drift in under a month. This Elite series 2 controller lasted for 1 year and a couple months before getting stick drift! I highly recommend purchasing geek squad protection so when stick drift happens you can get a replacement. These controllers are usually not kept in stock in stores so you will have to place an order and wait for it to arrive. The price tag is high but I feel it’s worth it for this series of the elite controller.
