The controller itself and what it does is good and thankfully after using it for sometime the rubber grips didn't fall off and no joystick drift issues. My only issue is that I'm now on my second replacement since the rubber sliders for the triggers on the back keep falling off. Might try to use glue to put it in place but at the same time I don't want to ruin the controllers feel and make it ugly.

Great controller been using it for 1-2 years and have no problems

I have tried every controller with paddles and this is still the best feeling one. The five star review is because when the controller works it's the best there is. But I want to note, I'm on my 6th elite controller now. Last one the right bumper stopped working. I can't seem to get more than 6 months out of one. This one is in a new package, so I'm hoping it's going to last, just in case I got the best buy warrenty, so we'll see.

best controller out there it’s worth every dollar

I only had my first one for 3 months and the RB button up top stopped working. Bestbuy exchanged it for free. Not sure if it’s because I’m a total tech member or not. I am tho. I had this one for a few weeks. I will update. Other then it falling apart. It does the job. I use it wired, can’t say anything about battery life. I would buy again because I use the paddles on it.

I bought this controller so that I could remap buttons to the back; The idea was to make it easier on my arthritic hands. Worked great, the overall feel of the controller is top hat. My old controller now feels like a slippery piece of Styrofoam.

Cheap parts used and over priced bumpers break Everytime no matter what and can't even be replaced easily analogs always get drift eventually to a point where you have to replace just simply not worth it I've had at least 6 of them so lesson learned hard

Son wanted this upgraded controller for his xbox gaming and he loves it! He likes the customizable options it has.

Controller is excellently customizable, easy to use, but slightly over-priced compared to comparable controllers in my opinion. Only really negative is the paddles aren't as good as some other controllers - had to rearrange them to feel better for play.

13 yr old some said it was great. Got it for Christmas and really impressed with quality.

This controller is everything you want in 2020. The only thing I will say is get the insurance. I'm very gentle with all my devices (especially controllers- considering how fragile they tend to be). Alot of my friends have been experiencing knob drifting, and other little things malfunctioning.... Long story short, excellent controller, but that insurance will SAVE YOUR POCKETS in the long run. *My left stick is starting to feel a little lose after about a month or so of having it.

Its a okay mid price Controller this is my Fourth controller from xbox Hopefully it doesn't have the same problems as last time. Stick drift and button sticking

Picked this up a replacement for my last elite pro which I bough about 5 years Earlier. Saved myself the money on having an extra case as the extra paddles and knobs work on the new controller.
