People tend to complain about stick drift. Had mine for over a year now and no issue. You can tweak the tightness and settings to your liking.

Love this controller, bought one 3 years ago and the additional accessories and case are worth it. I lobe being able to keep my controller . I do prefer this color other than others as well as it fits me.

Really good controller definitely feel premium has a heavy weight to it. Took a bit to get used to the sticks coming from ps5 controller.

The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is awesome-super customizable, from the bumpers to the Xbox logo light, To mapping a button for the achievements page, and so much more . It feels great in my hands and really steps up my gaming. But here’s the problem: I paid for an “excellent” open box controller, expecting almost new quality, but got one with broken buttons and bumpers. Support told me I had to drive an hour to return it, which just isn’t doable with my night shifts and being a single dad. I wish they’d let me ship it back or at least offered some money back for the hassle and receiving the cheaper controller. Awesome controller, but the buying experience was a letdown.

Generally I like it but I found the adjustable trigger on the two shorter settings can sometimes be unreliable. I've had many times I pulled the zoom trigger in Call of Duty and it started to zoom then didnt, leading to lost kills. Not sure if thats a general problem or just my unit. I got this on a good sale, otherwise its too expensive.

Awesome stay charged for at least 3 to 4 days on a full charge even though it was an open box try it was stealing supreme condition

Bottoms stick and stick drift for the price you Figure the bumpers won’t stick after six months, but that’s why you must get the warranty

All parts were included in this open box item. Works well with my Desktop and laptop to allow me to play several games as I am still not comfortable with mouse and keyboard.

Best controller on the market! This might be the best thing Microsoft has ever created. No other controller comes close to its perfection. Only wish it worked on all consoles.

Not worth 200$ but what can you do when we all give in to pay these absurd prices. Still a great controller until the stick drift happens

I use this controller almost everyday and absolutely loves how it feels in my hands. I have used this type of controller for about 3 years an unfortunately the only reason I bought a new one was because my puppy got ahold of it and chewed it. As soon as it happened my wife and I went to Best Buy to get one the first one didn’t have any in stock so we called and ordered it from a different location on our way there just to make sure we didn’t miss out on getting the exact one that I wanted. Best Buy answered really quickly and helped me order it over the phone in less than 3 minutes. As soon as we arrived they already had it waiting in online orders even though we were only about 5 minutes away after we finalized the order.

The controller is over all good the buttons need to be sealed more to keep dirt and dust out of them.

This remote is by far the best because it comes with components that otherwise would cost a lot more. Another benefit is that it’s it’s case charges the remote.

Must have controller when playing games as longer battery life, easier rechargability, paddles, and stick tensioner

Ive had multiple elite 2 controllers the look and feel good . They tend to stick drift quite easy if you drop them.

A Good Controller, Responsive, Descent Battery Life, though I would install Grip Tape for Longer Play Sessions, Would Recommend.

Works as it should no complaints I wish it would stay charged a little bit longer though
