First time owning a controller like this no problem at all works perfect i really recommend to buy

The control is very comfortable, very easy to configure and works very well with my PC, Asus Rog Ally and Steam Deck.

This newest version of the Elite is great! It's much better than my other Elite. I've had zero connection/audio issues so far. I love the shorter trigger lock adjustment. The paddles are shorter too so I won't have to take a grinder to them like the first version.

Being able to pair it with pretty much every device i own makes it worth the price.

Solid controller definitely an upgrade over the previous generations and feels sturdier.

Love this controller! My son had spent more money on other types like a scuff controller and it broke in a few months this is a great purchase for competitive gaming!

Great Xbox elite 2 controller. The same great swapping thumb pads and sticks. Enhanced from the first one for professional gamers like me. I like the grip and feel. Looks really good with black color. I wish they have this in other color.

Love the controller. I had the 1st gen and now the 2nd gen and it is better by far. I do not like that the batteries are built-in the controller but besides that the controller itself feels a lot better than the 1st gen.

When 5 stars is not enough The controller works perfectly and operates just as it should. And the experience of the curbside pick-up went flawlessly & quicker than I am used to. Way to raise the bar El Segundo Best Buy

The elite 2 controller is amazing. Why could you charge so much for less . If you buy this controller the (CORE) version. You have to turn around and spend about another 150 for the extra buttons . Now if you buy the black elite 2 controller you get a carry case ,all the extra buttons ,and charge dock for it . Almost forgot and the black on is cheaper then the white one and you get more for a better price . I have both controllers this core still in box just havent had time to take it back

Its a good controller but it doesnt get stick drift at some point so i recommend you to get the warranty

Bought when on sale and paid a total of $49 before taxes. Now hes on a series two like i am.

This is the first time I have bought an elite controller and I love it. It does take some getting used to the back paddles but I would say it is worth it for games.

The feel of the controller is nice(more premium feel over the older model). Interaction of the buttons is good. Bluetooth was no issue pairing up. The color layout is a lot more appealing(over the older model). I recommend for the upgrade

It's a nice controller I'm little disappointed because I ordered new and I received in an open box the tapes were broken now I'm not sure the product were new or an open box what is sure I pay full price.

I love this controller. With the ability to map out every button makes it easy to play the games with the set up I like. And with 3 different custom saves, allows me to play different game types without constantly going to the options menu.

When new, the controller works fantastically. Key phrase is WHEN NEW. This is the 3rd elite controller that I am now going to have to replace because of stick drift, sticky buttons, and the headphone jack not working. Each controller started showing these issues just a few months in. You're probably thinking "Okay no problem, I'll just pay for the Best Buy 2 year warranty, then I can get a new controller whenever I want". HAHA good luck EVER finding them in stock. THEY WON'T EVEN ORDER THEM FROM MICROSOFT FOR YOU. My controller has been a piece of garbage for a couple of months now, but can't get it replaced thanks to Best Buy's constant lack of inventory on them. I have the listing bookmarked and check daily to see if they have any in stock, and they never do. Overall I do NOT recommend this controller for any gamer. Only reason I gave two stars is the controller is very nice when its brand new out of the box. However, you will regret it when you pay this much money and are without a useable controller for months at a time, after only using the thing for a couple of months.
