Great controller!! but for the price... this controller feels expensive. Great quality materials and funtionality. I love the interchangable thumb sticks that are magnetic. Great response feel. The thumbstick tightness adjustments are great for those percision shots in fps or 3rd person. The buttons and triggers work and feel great. The adjustable triggers are a great component fpr different genre of games. The charger design is amazing with the in case or oit of case ability to plug in. The D pads are great. Im not a fan of the circular D-pad but i changed it out for the cross and it works great. Im glad all these components came in the purchase. Bluetooth works great on PC, android, xbox, but you need a 3rd party connection for ps4. Could not get to work with ps5. The only downside i have with it is it does not have gyroscope capabilities. A niche complaint for those obscure games. All around one of the best controllers I've ever owned.

This controller is a huge step up from the regular controller provided with the Xbox! The bells and whistles are totally worth it and the case is that final magic touch. I’m a streamer and sometimes travel to game and having a cased controller is like having your cake and eating it too! Well worth the money!!

Great controller. Make sure to get the 2 yr warranty with Best Buy though they’re notorious for wearing out but Best Buy’s policy is great cause you can renew your warranty with the replacements. I bought one when they first released and have probably been through 5 of them now because of how good their replacement policy is

This is my first review with this controller after owning each elite controller since launch. They are amazing controllers for the most part, however, the build quality is lacking. You might run into toggle or top bumper problems the most (like in my case). Each time I've had to replace this controller, it's either the joystick toggle, or the top bumpers. So the build quality doesn't justify the price tag at all. The battery life and grip and the back bumpers make this controller worth it for more seasoned players. I would at least always recommend the protection plan... it's worth it for the extra $65 or so.

By far one of the best controllers I’ve ever purchased!

Ever since being able to afford one, I have always used these. The reason for the four-star is that I know in six-seven months I will need top use the warranty support for stick drift or a broken bumper. The reason why not three or lower, I have total rewards and BestBuy is good with replacement controllers.

The customization for the buttons is a really nice feature. I like that i can have multiple profiles of configurations for different games and styles of play. Comfortable controller as well.

Open box $91.00. Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

This is my second one, and while it’s a great controller with outstanding features and battery life, I’m not sold on the longevity. The left bumper on my old one became unreliable and I hadn’t bought the protection plan on it and it was out of warranty. Since we’re now Best Buy Total members, the 2 year protection plan is included so I feel better about buying another one now.

If you're looking for an obvious gaming edge this controller is what you're looking for. Back paddles should be considered illegal NEVER remove your fingers from the analogs. Controller itself is slick looking buttons are so easy to switch, comes with multiple replacement analogs different heights/styles (concave or bubbled). Yes controller is a bit expensive but if you're into competitive gaming or just into expensive fancy looking things then buy this right now and don't look back..

When it comes to reliability and performance, the Elite series stands out as my top choice. Since the introduction of the Elite 1, this controller has proven exceptional. It outperforms its cheaper Xbox counterpart by a long shot. The ability to where Customization is key to a gamer style of play this controller is it. I recently purchased this controller for my Dad because i have had one for nearly 4 years and have never had an issue with it outside of needing a battery replacement, which is a very simple process. I would 100% recommend this controller to anyone who wants a high end controller for their Xbox but doesnt want to spend the $200+ that other “elite” style controllers tend to have. Additionally, remapping buttons/triggers is so simple. My dad isnt much of tech person and i was able to show him how to modify the layout within a few minutes.

Its what you need. If you need a reliable simple and comfortable controller this is it. Officially licensed and backed by a big company, anything goes wrong(which it does it being heavily abused during online gameplay) then you have xbox 1 year warranty. Feels nice in the hands. Also has rechargeable batteries the way it should.

I traded my old Elite Series 2 (RB, back paddles, and B button would get stuck occasionally) for a new Elite Series 2 controller they had at the Best Buy store, and oh boy was the new one better. Now, the buttons and everything function as intended. Onto the specs. The controller is heavy, but I do not mind the weight and it is comfortable. I like the four back paddles as I do not have to remove my thumbs away from the thumbsticks to press the buttons that are on the front of the controller. This is a game-changer for me because you will have a faster response time than other players who own a regular controller and do not own back paddles. Overall, this controller is worth the price if you want a competitive edge and desire everything that is included with this version of the controller. Just be aware that it might be a defective one.
