But Microsoft sent me a new controller after some long phone calls and checking on updates. But my 2nd controller is working as intended.

I’m also not quite sure how Microsoft or anyone else could top this. It is pure perfection in your hands. The price is absolutely worth it in my opinion.

Paddles on the back and interchangeable sticks. Now has a rechargeable battery built in and a charging stand. So far works great. No complaints.

Only had 1 problem with the bumpers in that time. This version 2 is an improvement in every way. The construction and feel of the controller is un matched and is worth every penny of the price tag
