Love it. Worth the purchase. It has improved my game play. I love not needing to remove my thumbs to hit the buttons on the right!

This controller was great for about 5-6 months. From then on, the left bumper, left joystick, and right trigger all started showing signs of ware at an increasing rate. Thankfully, I purchased the 2-year warranty :-P

Perfect for my hands. I have gotten use to it so fast and its customability is GREAT.

Have owned for less than a year. I’m already experiencing LB and RB buttons not registering presses. I play almost exclusively FPS games so it doesn’t work well for me to have something that doesn’t function like it should. I had a Series 1 controller that lasted for a couple years even though my grips were falling off and it had a broken shoulder button. The quality of this one is nice up front but the quality and longevity of the materials used is subpar. I will have to try to use the warranty and see how that goes. I didn’t have Total Tech at the time I purchased this. I cannot recommend this at full price. Total Tech membership makes it $40 cheaper and that might be reasonable but not $180. I have owned SCUF and Razer and a few others when I had my Xbox One X. All have their issues with time. I will be buying a few other controllers to try out for less. Waiting on a TB Recon wired as we speak and might try the PowerA as well.

Great product I just wish it came with paddles and thumb sticks.

We got it couple month ago. Only one time didn’t work. Husband called the tech support but got fix it self. Must malfunction.

I didn't think the series 1 elite could be improved upon, but this definitely does it. Triggers are better, build quality seems better. Amazing controller.

Is my first Elite controller and I loved it. With all the features it has, and battery that last for a long time, I’m definitely having some good times playing with it.
