It was defective but I returned it to best buy store and got a brand new one and works great. Very good remote and built to last.

awsome for my system been needing this upgrade for a while

First off, I’ll say that i had the first series of elite controller and i loved it. So naturally when i saw the series two come out, i had to get one. And here is where i get frustrated. Ive had not one, but two series two controllers and i wont buy another. I had the first one for maybe a month before LB, RB, and A buttons stopped working. Then when i went through the process to get it replaced under my warranty, it took weeks before i got my new one. Now with my second one, it lasted only two weeks longer than my first one before i had the same issues. Both the LB and RB buttons stopped working completely and the A button is starting to go as well. To sum it up, these controllers would be amazing if the buttons lasted but they wear out in no time and stop working. And its a shame cuz i was a big fan of the first series considering i had it for years til i bought the series 2.

Feels good but these are so prone to defects got 2 one had stick drift out the box second one the whole left side of the controller was unresponsive. But other then the lick ive had controller feels good in the hands .

This is a great controller. They dont have removeable batteries anymore good job

First time owning, and it feels very good to use. The paddles take a little use to getting familiar with, but overall nice controller.

Feel so good to hold. It has the perfect weight, grip, and overall feel. Almost too good to be true.

Really good will buy another one if needed haven’t had any problems with it
