Best controller ever

Stick drift after 3 months of casual use

The grips are a huge upgrade over the Series 1 controller, and having 3 presets also makes a huge difference. After 3 months of use though, I got major stick drift. Best Buy will not help but Microsoft has a 1 year warranty because of this problem. I'm sending my controller to Microsoft now for free but it will take 2-3 weeks to get a refurbished controller sent back to me. I'm very upset that there are no good controller companies with paddles that aren't the overpriced scuf controllers. It's a bummer that they didn't just put nice joysticks in this very expensive controller. Other than that, it is really great but that is game breaking.

Just get the Best Buy Warranty and get it replaced after a year when it inevitably breaks, so you can buy one every other year than every year.
