Great controller! I bought the original Elite Series when it first came out and was excited to finally upgrade to this controller. Once you start using this, it's hard to go back to a normal Xbox controller. The build is premium, but be prepared to get the extended warranty just in case you experience any issues.

After using the controller for a few months, I have to say it’s great! The customization options for the analog sticks is good. But this really shines for me using Steam input on my PC to map the back paddles for additional button presses and shortcuts for games. Haven’t had any quality control issues yet as others have said online.

Adaptive and fun controller. It is not recommended for the novice or occasional player. After about a month of play, one of the sticks malfunction and began exhibiting phantom momements. Eventually exchanged it under the total care plan for a replacement. Fingers Crossed!

Amazing controller! Although it kind of has to be with the price. Everything about the controller is worth it. The controller feels premium through and through, from the grip to the buttons and triggers. It's very customizable with the button mapping and the hardware. Easily the most comfortable controller. The only issue is that the weight might take some getting used to. I've also heard that some users experienced sticky buttons but haven't come across any problems! Worth the money if you can spend it.

Super high quality product. Comes with all 4 paddles, and 4 extra joysticks depending on preference. Comes in a nice carrying case also. It’s got some weight on it and feels like a very sturdy product.

Impressed with how much of a upgrade the elite 2 is compared to the elite 1, it brought a smile to my face and was not regretting my purchase as soon as I held the elite 2 in my hands! The improved choices of analog sticks makes the controller feel like it was made for you. Having 3 configuration for the back paddle mapping compared to the 2 on the elite1 is the prefect amount, with also having a default setting making it seem like 4 button mapping layouts. Would recommend to anyone especially the to the elite gamers who want the most out of their gaming experience!

Love this controller so much! Have used it for a month after my last one broke and works great!

At first I thought the 200+ price point was outrageous but actually using the controller I can see why it was necessary. The controller is great, at first the diamond textured grips felt wierd but i got used to it. I have been using this non stop and the best part is I barely have to charge it. I played games for an entire week on one battery charge which to me is pretty outstanding. And the adjustable control sticks just make it all come together. Whatever game I choose to play the sticks are able to support the comfort and usefulness that i look for. I highly recommend this as a pick up.

Look, bottom line, if you're serious about gaming, you need the Microsoft Elite Series 2 in your life. It's like upgrading your gaming experience from regular to legendary. Comfort? Check. Style? Double-check. Customization? Triple-check. This controller is the real deal, my fellow gamers. Don't miss out – it's a game-changer in every sense.

I really really like the series 2 in every way but this is my 2nd one. Hopefully it doesn't have stick drift like the last one. My series one went through 5 of the first series with same issue. I dont drop or throw controllers. I use them and set them on the charger. At $180 i take care of them! They are the best controllers out there. (When they work). Get the extended warranty. Its totally worth it.

This is a great remote for the Xbox. Having the buttons on the back is nice and not having to hit the top buttons when in the middle of a battle.

Honestly other than the stick drift that happens to all controllers eventually this is the best xbox controller. I would recommend you get the warranty with any new controller. I would have given it five stars but that stick drift is a nuisance.

By for the best controller for the XBOX Series X & S. I have multiple controllers from hi-end to cheap and I've found the elites customizable options for me are better. Also has great battery life around 35 hrs of hard core gaming. It's more expensive then most, but cheaper and better in my opinion, than more expensive cintrollers with the same features.

Unfortunately it had to be returned because one of the thumb sticks would stick in whichever direction it was pushed. But I'm sure overall they are fine. I simply got a replacement and have not had any problems with the 2nd elite controller since.

Overall this isis a solid product. The only problem I really have with it is the paddles are sort of it an awkward position. My hands start to cramp up because of it; so I find myself not even using them most of the time. The overall aesthetic of it is a nice touch.

Great product, quality feel and brings a better gaming experience to the Xbox platform. Purchase this as a gift and can tell you the person who has used it for the last month won’t touch a regular Xbox One controller now lol. This controller has allowed for them to make the needed adjustments to in game play as well as being able to charge the controller (no more battery replacements) and this means no longer using third battery chargers, battery packs and worrying about why they only have 3 - 6 month warranties. This product is genuine Microsoft and is the quality you would expect.
