I like how the controller felt in my hands when i first used it. Very premium feel. Should bought one of these a long time ago lol. I like how i am able to make adjustments to my controller ans have it set with profiles. Tif you sre looming for a great controller for your Series X you should give this one a try. Just my opinion

The controller is solid, except for the slight stick drift which I assume is a product of my mishandling of the controller not a fault of the controller itself. The software however is terrible and left my controller unable to be customized for a few months while I waited on an update to roll out.

Great remote! But get it with a warranty. They tend to give out one or another after 8 months or so.

This has been the best controller I’ve ever purchased. The build quality is outstanding. Very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. The built in battery makes it so much easier than traditional controllers. The rear-facing “fully mappable” toggles can really give you a competitive edge in multiplayer gaming. Works perfectly on both my Xbox and PC. Can be a little difficult for some to get used to the rear toggles and while they are removable it’s so worth it to get used to. They built this model perfectly!

Remote was awesome. I love the way you can customize the color on the remote. One thing I want to mention is one of the triggers have an a wired noise a some problems when I press the trigger.

This controller is near-perfect. Everything about it is excellent. Except for one major gripe. The analog sticks slightly drift, and they didn't start until past my warranty period. I had to adjust the dead zone to be a bit larger to compensate, and even then, right stick will now turn my character left slightly sooner and slower than it turns right.

Best controller ever for pc and xbox gaming. If u are thinking about getting one then just do it

Cheap parts used and over priced bumpers break Everytime no matter what and can't even be replaced easily analogs always get drift eventually to a point where you have to replace just simply not worth it I've had at least 6 of them so lesson learned hard

Bought the product on March 5th 2022. Thought it was the best controller I’ve ever used. Now on June 4th 2022 the right stick just stopped working. It’s past the exchange period so now I have a 220$ paper weight. I only play games on the weekends so at most it’s in use 16/hr a week. You can do the math. Maybe you will get lucky with your purchase.

Would have to be my favorite controller I’ve ever purchased. Been playing on Xbox since the original and went through many different controllers. It does take time to get used to the paddles if anyone hasn’t had them before but if you don’t like them, they’re easy to remove.

Controller is solid and overall the best xbox controller out right now. I only use two back buttons. If you’re looking for 4 back buttons, I’d suggest the Scuf Instinct Pro. Would also suggest getting the 2 year warranty from Best Buy because controllers are prone to having sticky buttons and stick drift over time.

Got the controller quick and easy and it was in top notch condition

Efficient, accurate and comfortable to hold. I like the triggers on the underside of the remote for quicker response.

Customization is cool and all. BUT The battery life alone is enough of a reason to buy this controller. Feels nice and well built, so far so good for the first year. The paddles on the rear of the controller are actually a blessing and a curse, some games you love using them and other games, well good thing they are removeable! Only reason for 4 out of 5 for 'value'; its expensive but worth it if you're a gaming enthusiast.

of your a gamer this is a must have no other controller performs as well as this

I have owned this for a month. I will updated if I have any issues in the coming months. I did not own the series 1 so I can not compare. I also do not play everyday, but more like 3 days a week and I have not had to charge the controller a second time yet. My favorite feature is the tighter tension on the thumbtacks and the hair triggers. I have no buttons that stick and they all register with a normal push. Nice heavy feel to the controller. The charge dock is a huge bonus and love that you are able to charge it in the case. No complaints yet. Highly recommended.

Its a good controller. The features are great, being able to key bind is amazing, trigger locks are top tier. But I've gone through 4 of these so far. THEY DO NOT LAST. I do recommend this controller but get the replacement plan you WILL need it. First one was dropped from my desk to a carpeted floor. Right bumper stopped working. Next one the right bumper just stopped working for no reason other than use. Third one right bumper stopped working half the time and if i press on both thumb sticks the controller shuts off. Ordering my 4th one right now as I type this. I love the idea of this controller but for $179 you would think they would last longer than a year.

No complaints at all, been using the elite controller for several years.
