I love the controller. It has a nice tight grip around, the controller is a little bigger than the normal controller which is nice because normal controllers are too small for my hands while this one, is the perfect size for me. The paddles on the back is so useful for when gaming

Bought an open box in excellent condition. Sadly when i got the controller it was damaged but the amazing bestbuy service counter ordered me a new one. The customer service was absolutely amazing.

Microsoft's Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 has a not only a premium feel as noted by other reviewers, but also a quality appearance. Optional buttons and adjustments that be made to the controller only add to a stellar gaming experience. Price point might be considered a bit high, but definitely worth it if it can be purchased at a sale price.

I only use one of the paddles but i like all the extra customization options. Definitely only buying one to use. I like it comes with a very ling maybe 2 meter charging cable that i can utilize for other things as well. The cable is also covered in some mesh not some cheap chargibg cable.

This is a very well constructed and quality controller that feels really great to use. My issues with it stem from its pc compatibility. Firstly I would not use this controller via bluetooth, as there is intermittent latency, use a dongle or a cable to connect. Secondly, and my biggest disappointment, is that there does not appear to be any first party support for keyboard mapping. I found plenty of tutorials on how to use it. But when you try and use the software to map, the options are not there. I ended up using a third party software to accomplish this

One of the most comfortable controllers I’ve used in a very long time. I’m usually not a fan of grips on the controller but it really feels nice and another plus would be the battery life I rarely have to recharge my controller

Would recommend for competitive gamers, for casuals who are just looking for a controller I’ll say this is expensive for your needs. Crazy helpful in certain games where you don’t want to constantly take your thumb off the analog stick. Great customization options like response curves, trigger and analog deadzones, trigger locks, analog tension and you can set custom profiles for specific games.

I like the new additions to this controller over the first Elite controller, but there are a couple things I don't like as much as the first Elite controller. Such as the buttons are a lot louder the both my Elite v1 controllers. Second and most annoying is that on the Elite v1 controller you barely have to tap the A button to get it to register on the V2 I had to return the first one I received because the A button half the time would not register and the second one is the same way if not a little worse. You definitely have to push the A button all the way down and sometimes it still don't register. The last issue is that it like many other people (mainly YouTube reviews) have mentioned it continuously disconnects from my Xbox One X. Battery life seems to live up to what is stated of 40 hrs. I do enjoy the grip of the V2 more than the original even though I had changed my back grips on my V1 with Scuff. I do recommend for those that don't have the Elite V1, but if you already have the V1 I probably would not recommend spending the money for the upgrade.

After using this controller for only a short time, I have only good things to say about it. Although a bit on the high side of price for a controller. The build quality, performance, and all around appearance is outstanding and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this for any Xbox users and PC users who play on controller, a HUGE improvement over any other controller on the market.

Pros: Swappable joysticks plus a tall boi Metal D-pad Grips Bumper buttons have nice indents on them so you can hit them while holding the trigger Case Connects properly over BT to PC reliably and consistently Cons: 2x cost of a regular controller Paddles are meh We'll see how these hold up to long term use since that doesn't seem to be a strong point of Xbox controllers recently

Feels like an elite controller. I was happy to purchase this at a discount. It works very well. Feels expensive and smooth. That is just out of the box. It has multiple triggers you can add as well as different knobs.

Its the best controller ive ever had, however the price is very steep. Ive had some really amazing controllers just below this one in my rankings, and the prices were very different. I wish it were just a bit Cheaper.

This controller is well worth the money! With the customization funtion you can always change with your game style. Also the grip on the sides feels very comfortable. The best part is the charging case which charges your controller while also protecting it. Definitely would recommend!

This is the best controller I’ve ever used! I own the first edition of this controller also, but this one is much better. Feels better ergonomically, I love the rubber grips that wrap around the handles. The triggers also have a texture to them which is nice. My favorite feature is the internal rechargeable battery - lasts 40 hours on one charge...phenomenal! It’s certainly spendy, but worth it in my opinion. It will also work with next gen consoles

The Elite Series 2 controller is one of, if not, my favorite controllers ok the market. Its very comfortable to hold in your hands, and offers tons of customizability for many different games and play styles. This is a must for any xbox user.

I was not expecting to love this controller as much as I do. My experience with different games and how you can have 3 different types of settings for different games is awesome. You can also have the light different color.

I Love this controller, every button besides the triggers has a replacement and differnt sizes and shapes you can swap out. my favorite feature is the battery it comes with a wireless charger that fits in its carrying case, and the battery has held a charge over 4 days it also works better than any other controller ive used for pc!
