Great build, great controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Premium controller for Xbox. This controller has four remappable back buttons. The build quality is metal and durable plastic. Altogether no expenses spared, grab it on a sale to make it worth your money. If you want it for PC, grab the dongle for the wireless experience.

Love it!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love the elite series 2 controller. The only thing I can say is, GET THE WARRANTY!!! I highly recommend it, these things do break. We use them alot and even though they should last longer, they do not. The bumpers start going on them, joy sticks drift alot, mine drifts out of the box lol. Just get the warranty and u will love your controller, if you don't you will be out 180 bucks sooner than you would like.

Elite Series 2
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is one of the best on the market, and for well reason. I’ve owned this remote for roughly 2 months now and has given me little to no problems. The only thing that I have noticed with the remote is sticky buttons but after a few gears of war sessions and COD it broke the remote in. The charging mechanism of the remote and even just the case it comes in is amazing and the quality of the remote.

Good product and versatile
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this controller. Connects to my Xbox and my tablet! I have not connected it to my computer yet, but that is the plan too. I am getting used to the paddles, but the overall feel is nice. It is not as heavy as my old controller with a rechargeable battery in it. I am a big fan and may buy a second for myself. My son had a first generation one and upgraded for Christmas. He really likes his as well.

Great but price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a great controller, haven’t had the first one before, and I love how it feels when you play any game. I will say the price is a little more the other should be but Microsoft gotta make money from it. I say get it if you can but you should stick with the standard XBox controllers instead of the elite.

Very nice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the previous Xbox Elite controller and really liked it. It’s rubber would wear off which I’m guessing may happen to this one as well. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because you can not change out the batteries on the new model. The whole controller has to be charged. I’d prefer to have a rechargeable battery pack and still be able to use normal batteries.

Best pro controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bar none the best pro controllers on the market and all the included accessories make it a steal. The response is unreal. Excellent build quality and the battery seems to never die. Very happy with my purchase

Best controller.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is fantastic. It feels great and is insanely customizable. It is slightly too small for my hands. They also removed 1 long thumbstick from the previous version. Even with my complaints, it is still the best controller around.

Solid Quality but Disappointing Joystick Drift
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Xbox controller with high hopes due to its reputation for great quality and performance. Upon unboxing, it was clear that the controller boasted a robust build and excellent craftsmanship in its design – a definite plus. The ergonomic feel of the controller in hand was quite impressive, and the buttons and triggers were responsive and well-placed. I appreciated the attention to detail in the design, and it truly felt like a premium gaming accessory. However, my experience took a downturn when I encountered an issue that has become all too common with these controllers – joystick drift. It's disappointing to see that even with such meticulous construction, Microsoft has not managed to address this critical flaw. The joystick drift makes gaming sessions frustrating and unenjoyable, as precise movements become almost impossible to execute accurately. Given the premium price point of the controller and the reputation of Microsoft, it's truly disheartening to witness such a glaring issue persist. While the build quality and overall feel of the controller are commendable, the presence of joystick drift significantly tarnishes the gaming experience. It's a shame that a company of Microsoft's caliber has not resolved this matter satisfactorily. In conclusion, while the Xbox controller exhibits exceptional craftsmanship and a sturdy build, the ongoing issue of joystick drift severely impacts its usability and overall value. It's my hope that Microsoft takes heed of these concerns and works towards rectifying this persistent problem to provide gamers with the experience they deserve. Until then, it's hard to wholeheartedly recommend this controller.

Good although expensive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely a very good controller however the price is a bit extreme. Also my controllers A button sometimes doesn’t work however everything else, besides the price, is very good. 4/5 stars.

Worth the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are a fan of the newest standard controller that ships with Series X|S and are wanting something more from your controller; this Elite Series 2 might be the tool to improve your game. I'm a Halo player and it's fun to be able to map, save, and switch Slots depending on which Halo game I am playing. Muscle memory is key, and this controller has left me satisfied for the future.

Great Build, Awful QC
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You are essentialy taking a risk buying an Elite Series 2, here are the things that may happen. 1. Triggers or buttons not working out of the box 2. Stick drift may develop 3 months later 3. The controller will work just fine Other than that, this controller is amazing when it works properly. The build is very premium compared to the regular controllers, quality control is awful. I would recommend the controller, be prepared to replace it fast.

Excellent customizable controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller so far has been the greatest experience with a controller I’ve had. The grip is outstanding, the customizability of it is extraordinary and the weight really gives it that premium controller feel. Definitely recommend this controller. I don’t think I have anything negative to say besides every now and then I have to clean the controller to clear up any dust, which is nothing, an easy cleanse every week or so and you’re set.

Best remote I ever used
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.History of remotes I've used: Razor wolverine ultimate Razor wolverine Xbox elite 1 Various standard xbox remotes The Elite 2 far surpasses all of these remote with its customizable triggers and analog sticks. The new and improved paddles on the back make for better ergonomic handling while they are attached. The improved bumpers are a great step up from the elite 1 which I have broke in more than one occasion just from wear n tear. Buy and enjoy!

Excellent controller, just take good care of it
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you game a lot, this is worth the price. Very high quality. Although like all Microsoft controllers, don't drop it, the bumpers aren't particularly durable. I don't think I'd recommend it for kids who might not be careful with it.

Missing components
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having this controller for a couple of months now & finally having a real opportunity to play with it, I realized that I don’t have everything that was suppose to come in the box. When trying to charge my controller I realized that I didn’t have a USB-C cable that was suppose to come included in the box. I am highly perturbed at this moment. Help!!!

Posted .Hey there,
We're sorry that you're missing the USB-C cable from your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. If it's still within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging your controller for a new one. Otherwise, the good news is that the controller is compatible with any standard USB Type A-to-USB Type C charging cable. Best Buy has a few different options available.
Hope that helps,
Chuck
