Overpriced but still Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.RB button stops registering every once in a while. I use it for light gaming and have not dropped. I had an abused Razer wolverine for years and it never stopped working. The small cover for the trigger adjustment fell off as well, i only adjusted it one time when i first got it.

I love the controller, but....
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this controller but the buttons keeps messing up and I've had to go back to change the control and buy the warranty again and again. Got a new one about 1 week ago! Let's see how long it will last! It's like if best buy has a monopoly with these controllers. Im not saying it does, but it feels like it.

Amazing controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first elite controller and I love it specially because you don’t need batteries, it feels so good in your hands and it’s very responsive I was kinda skittish because I’m so used to playing with kontrol freaks but with this controller you don’t need them, I got this controller while on sale I paid 139 for it and it was worth every penny

Great controller, some build quality issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t stress this enough: buy the protection plan. I’ve read numerous reviews on some models having design flaws, stick float, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this controller, but I would hate to spend $180 on one and not have it work after the 90-day Microsoft warranty runs out. My first didn’t charge on the base, current one seems flawless.

Good controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mainly for FPS and the trigger stops. I like the flexibility it provides and the charging case is cool. I use the domed thumbstick on the right and the original Xbox one on the left. I do have some small stick drift on the right but it doesn't happen all the time. Its feels god in the hand, although smaller feeling. I only use two the paddles on the back. I wouldn't say it has improved anything but I feel more confident.

Must have xbox controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good controller! love the customization for the controller especially the triggers and tension for the thumbsticks. Really helps with FPS games. Also like the fact I can have multiple profiles for the controller so the paddles can be for different buttons on each profile or off. Overall happy with this and the case is also a bonus, Must have for Xbox and pc users.

Wish it was built better
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted this controller to be the quality that would reflect the price tag. But unfortunately, my second one kept me from trying a third. The first lasted around six months. I’m a light gamer. Took care of how I treated it. The right trigger and right stick started failing. Used my Geek Squad protection and swapped it for the second one. The new controller had the sticking button issue and returned it right away. All the negative reviews on the controller are true. I imagine there are good ones out there by the positive reviews, I just didn’t get that lucky. Too much money to have the negative quality control issues it has. If built with care from the factory, it would be worth the money in my opinion. Great feel and materials. I’m not the third time a charm kind of person. I hope the Elite 3 will address and fix the issues from the previous two. If you do purchase the Elite 2, get the protection plan.

Good controller, but drift is a problem
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought another one because I do really like them, but the first one I had started to have that right stick drift after a little less than 2 years, which at least on Ark Survival Evolved made the game unplayable with it making my player look straight at the ground constantly even if just standing still. There are plenty of videos online about this issue, (the spraying air and using alcohol "solutions" on some videos did not work) and I can say that from my experience it is real problem and should be unacceptable for the lofty price; MS should at least have a longer warranty for this particular issue.

Some improvements but not all of them
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The body and grips are an improvement over the v1 Elite controllers, but there’s already issues with the RB/LB buttons wearing out and becoming non-responsive like they did with the v1. For the cost, Microsoft really needs to address that. These shouldn’t wear out in 9-12 months for this price. I’ve already had to replace mine once.

X Box Elite 2 Game Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller with the exception of the left and right bumpers which start to stick/fail after about a year and a half of use. I highly recommend purchasing the two year warranty.

Beautifully Crafted
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful controller, miles better than the ps5 dualshock in my opinion. Premium feel, testured grips, does not slip out the hand when playing for hours, metal buttons, mag lock sticks and great weight.

Excellet
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are a gamer, you have to get this controller. It is really well built, it is slightly heavier than a regular controller which makes it feel more serious and not like a plastic toy. The interchangeable parts add to your experience and the paddles offer new ways to play. Battery life is unbelievable, it can easily last for more than 40 hours compared to the maybe 10-15 I get on a PlayStation controller.

Controller
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a great controller while it works. I bought one and the A button would not work so I traded it in. The 2nd one I got worked great for a while but then the right bumper started to not work

Too expensive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love everything about it but the price. Its been about a month and quality/build seems excellent. I really enjoy the controller but i still struggle with how much the cost was. I dont regret the purchase but I dont know if i can recommend someone else to spend the same for it.

Happy to have replacement controller available
||Posted . I've been very happy with the quality and the cost was reasonable.
