Great upgrade to the basic controller, all the parts are easy to change and swap out. Puls the case can store the extra parts and charges the controller, no more having to plug it in just place it in and its spot and it starts to charge

I like the design of the controller and the comfort. The only draw back is after a while the sensors stick and needs cleaning or in my case, just bought another controller. I haven’t found a place to have the controller repaired.

I’ve been using an Xbox elite controller since the first one came out and I must same they checked every box this time around and I love it even more. I play FPS games so much better since the introduction of paddles and I can’t play without them now lol worth every penny even got insurance which is a must for something like this. Built in battery, Bluetooth, long battery life 40hrs, 3 profiles for paddles, as well as adjustable joystick tension :D

Really good controller the quality is very good and the feel of it is nice. Would recommend. The battery life is long and the controller charges quickly. The buttons are very responsive and the paddles in the back are also very responsive and customizable. The triggers are also a nice thing on the controller and the trigger stoppers are good for fps games. Very good controller over all worth every dollar.

Good controller not great. Had some drift that was easily fixed by tightening the stick. But now have a R1 issue in which it is not responding on the first push which is a problem. It was the first issue I had with the elite 1 controller.

Love the v1 so had to get a v2. Consistently sold out until I got lucky. Wish I could pair it with a series x… (looking at YOU Best Buy). Would like to buy more stuff from Best Buy and not get threatened about my credit card being canceled from lack of activity cause BB can’t get merchandise in stock…

Great controller but after a few years of playing there is some stick drift sometimes but besides that I love it. Super comfortable.

I got this controller to use on my pc. The inserts are magnetic so they stay in place very well. Controls have a good feel and vibration feedback is not too much. I love this controller.

Amazing controller for a competitive edge. Very responsive quick triggers and the paddles work great The case doubles as a charger which I love. Keeps everything looking sharp when I’m finishing gaming.

I’m actually rather impressed with the build quality of this controller. I bought it because I keep having a problem with my triggers getting stuck on all my other controllers, and so far I haven’t had any problems. We’ll see if it keeps up, but so far it’s been great! Only reason it’s 4/5 is the price. Quite expensive unless you buy open box like I did.

Takes your gameplay to a whole new level! Also so many customizations you can do. My favorite feature is that you just recharge it with usb-c and it last for days on a single charge.

I bought it used, it was a little dirty and already has slight drift. But I got it for a good price, so I’m happy

Lot's to be said: Quality is way better than the original, and the back panels are awesome. Yet you can only use the XYBA buttons with the back padels. If a PC player, you cannot have different controller profiles. Lastly and major: I have not had one controller last more than two years and I take care of my equipment. Usually, the joystick or the back top trigger becomes unresponsive. Also, of the 4 or 5 I have had at least one top button becomes lagged, usually "A". In the one I have now the right joystick does not click. No melee for me :(. Overall much a better controller than the original but if a gamer be prepared to have some hardware issues. Get warranty!

OMG!!! The features of this controller are like non I've seen. I love the hair trigger settings (Very useful in COD) and the ability to map the x-y-b-a buttons to paddles under the controller are outstanding. The different thumbsticks help with customization and there are three different sensitivity settings on the thumbsticks. I scoffed at spending this kind of money on a controller, but worth every penny. Even for a part time gamer....

This is the only competitive gaming controller you need. If you PC game this is the only way to go. I own both elite and ps dulesense... Own a PS5 not an XBOX.. With that said something about the look feel weight responsiveness back paddles everything is just better.

Controller is very durable. It’s easy to use. Bluetooth was easy to connect. The paddles come in handy

I recently purchased this item and my family and I LOVE it! It feels solid and made well and the controls are very smooth. The fact that you charge it in the case and don’t need batteries to keep it running it a HUGE win in my opinion. Overall this controller is very well done. And for those who don’t like or want to use the extra paddles they are easily removable. Well done!
