I hadn’t actually intended to buy the elite series 2, but I was having issues with one of my joysticks on the elite series 1 controller. I learned it would be nearly the same price as buying the newer model to send in the old one for repair, so I went ahead and ordered the series 2. The controller feels great, just like the series 1, but the battery life is incredible. Highly recommend this controller!

Love this controller, use it on the Xbox but now just Use it to play some PC Games with it where it doesn’t make a difference to use keyboard and mouse and or use it as a hybrid setup with keyboard & mouse. Has a high quality feel to it, extra controller functions, no regrets purchasing this controller. We have 2 of these controllers, both work like new even with heavy use,

Reliable sturdy controller. I have heard complaints about stick drift, but the 2 I have had didn't have any. Also, if you do have stick drift, you can always adjust it in the device settings on the Xbox. I tend to set the paddles to the joystick clicks as it seems more natural to click things this way. I have to admit, it is a luxury item, but if you play a lot, it is worth it.

I bought the original elite controller approximately 3 years ago and the life that the elites who has makes the other one feel cheap and inferior! The new style of the rubber grips is a major improvement. The tension controls on the thumbsticks makes a difference between night and day. Everything feels new fresh and reinvented. Bottom line... This is a controller that you have to have if you are serious about your gaming!

By far the best controller I’ve ever used. This thing is built like a tank; I was not expecting it to be so heavy, but I love that about it. The build quality of this is incredible. It feels really solid in your hands. All the buttons can be remapped using the settings on your Xbox. The price tag is pretty daunting, but I paid for the 2 year warranty so it’s the only controller I’ll need for the next few years.

The Elite Series 2 wireless controller is one of the best controllers in my opinion I love using the paddles on the back and my favorite part about this controller is the hair trigger lock

First off, this is a fantastic controller to game on. The customizations, and weight / feel are as good as it gets. But the mechanical design is flawed. We bought three (2 elite, 1 elite 2). Elite thumb sticks have all failed, 2 we bought plus one replacement. elite 2 failed on right bumper, and left small Button by d pad.

Great service. Great people who are always trying to get the right product for you. I was in a market to get a new TV. The staff was super helpful explaining the pros and cons of each model. Came home with a perfect TV!

Got this to replace my series one controller (rubber grips were coming off). This one seems better built and has more flexibility to set it up for what games you play and how you want to play them. Built in battery lasts for days, even with long sessions of gaming. It's a bit more expensive than the series one, but with no battery to replace and it comes with it's own charging base it is worth it for heavy gamers.

I purchased this controller for gaming on my PC. It connects via Bluetooth and operates flawlessly. I love the paddles on the back. I previously used a Scuf gaming PS4 remote with paddles. This controller has a higher quality feel to it.

This controller is super awesome. It paired easily with my computer and my Xbox Series X. I love the look and design. The magnetic replaceable buttons are very cool. The only downside is the "grip" texture on it isn't very grippy. Luckily I found a company called Lizard Skins that makes a grip that will go over it that makes this controller feel amazing.

The controller and peripherals included look and feel premium; however, the well documented QC issues cripple what could have been an awesome controller. Day 1, within the first 2 hours, the right thumbstick started dragging and sticking and the A button wouldn't register each press. If you're willing to pay for an extended warranty, and take the time to return defective units when they fail, you may enjoy this controller.

Its great i find the case it came with isnt nessecary but the controller its self is great it takes a few hours to get used to but i feel like my gameplay is better in apex legends

The controller is very comfortable to use and the battery life is amazing!

I've had several custom controllers from other companies and they just don't hold up and they are actually more expensive if you want to get on the same level as this one. I strongly suggest you get this product if you are looking for custom buttons.

The elite is a tank of a controller and the paddles arent flimsy or built into the controller so if you’re getting heated you don’t have to worry about snapping them

To be honest, i could not play xbox without this controller anymore. Once you use this controller you wont want to go back. The backpedals make gaming so much better. You can customize any button to your liking via accessories app on xbox. The only Issue i have with this controller is the triggers, after some time of use the trigger have become sticky which becomes annoying to use after a while.

Best controller I have owned so far. Stick drift did occur, but I am tough on the left joystick. It’s currently being replaced via warranty and lasted longer than most others have. I also like the removable paddles on the back as opposed to ones that are built in. Some games not all 4 are needed and the others tend to get in the way.

Wonderful on the hands. The extra buttons on the back really help with gaming
