I've been using one of these for the last 4 years. Definitely don't regret purchasing.

The controller fits nicely in your hands and gives the most comfort while playing your favorite games. The extra paddles give the opportunity to really get into the game and have an advantage over others. Built in batteries are nice. Charging station is lovely. Case being able to allow the cable through it is nice as well.

i had issues with the rubber grip pads always coming un glued after time and thanks to the black tie warranty i was able to replace regularly!, thank you best buy! now this #2 elite edition seems well made and the rubber grips seem like they are built in! love the feel, but only time will tell if the grips will loosen up. GOT the best warranty in the business again, (just in case), Bestbuy Black tie warranty ROCKS!

Incredible controller. On the small size, but before long you will not even notice it. It feels great in your hand, and always works perfectly. Easily the best controller I have ever owned. Is it a lot of money? Yes, but it is worth spending the extra cash on it

This is hands down the nicest controller i have ever used.

Great remote. Pricey but worth it. Comes with a case that keeps it safe, a charging stand that prevents it from getting scratched when set on a surface, a really nice usb-c 9 footer, and all the stick and paddle accessories. Remote feels a little different from the original, but doesn't feel foreign. Love the adjustable triggers and the Xbox accessories app is very functional.

Mine was open box, so it was both cheaper, and a little flap of the plastic covering the handles had come loose. Works well, and the paddles are a good idea.

Bought an Elite 2 on a whim because it was priced well, being "Open Box Excellent." Upon using it I realized that the "Y" face button wouldn't register when pressed from the lower part of it, even if the button was pushed all the way down. Also noticed the "P3" paddle was loose compared to the other 3 and didn't register or make a click noise like the rest. The look, feel, handle and customizability this controller are all incredible and I like the versatility of running wired or wireless and not needing batteries, but I have yet to try this controller bought "new." I hope the face button issue was more a 1 off defect and not issues with quality control.

Best controller can’t give it 4 stars due to this is my 3rd one as stick drift is prevalent I. The elite series 2. The changeable sticks are great if you play different games as you can get a comfortable grip and not have to use extensions when you need finer movements.

by far my favorite controller ever.. easy to handle! the positions of the pedals are perfect!.. now im going to be 100% honest..you need to be nice with it!! if you start dropping them or pressing to hard.. in wont last! its a little bit fragile compare with the normal controllers!! but is worth it!!

The control is the best you can buy but if you do play a lot it will only last just under a year before control drifts and everything

I loved the Elite Series 1 but the series 2 is twice as good! The paddles are shorter and angled different for a more comfortable feel, and the additional trigger lock options are sweet. Oh and I’m really loving the new stick sensitivity settings . . .what a difference they make! Add to all of that, an integrated rechargeable battery that seems to last for days (seriously)! All in all this is one awesome controller!

I bought this for my husband and i made sure i bought the product protection for it since my husband does play and uses it alot. He enjoys it. However with all the usage the buttons were not working properly anymore . We went to best buy and were able to get a replacement free of charge because we had the protection on it.

This controller is a huge upgrade from the original. The trigger stops are amazing, the dock for charging is great. And the app to customize everything is still great. The only thing that could be better is the grip. At times it feels slick to me instead of more grip which is the opposite of what was intended.

As long as it keeps working, this is one of the best feeling controllers on the market. I really wish Microsoft would just redesign the internals and release a series 3.
