This is my second elite 2 controller. The first one broke in less than one year and I didn't buy the best buy warranty. This time around I did. These controller have nice features but they tend to fall apart quickly.

amazing, performs excellently. Cool feeling, good grip and paddle control.

This is an awesome controller with the perfect mapping and paddle locations. It’s easy to use and depending on how you hold your controller you can map the keys exactly how you want them. Definitely recommend for Xbox and pc players if they want an easy to map customizable setup. Definitely a bit expensive but after using it for a bit I think it slowly becomes worth it.

Controller is great. Quality feels good. But man you just have to roll the dice. Some of these are flawless and will last for years, but my first one wouldnt even turn on. Thank gosh for best buy return policies!!

Awesome controller. Customization is great. Love being able to change the color of the Xbox light. No AA batteries to use or batteries to buy or pack great.

It’s been over a year and I started experiencing problems it was perfect up until now didn’t have complaints up until now I thought it would last longer but it was good while it lasted it still works just annoying things like scrolling crazy fast for no reason and moving my aiming slightly.

What can i day its a nice upgrade from the standard. Is it worth the price ehh not so much.

I love this controller and want to keep on loving it been through 5 or because of a button always failing or stuck drift. For the price I really wish Microsoft would address this. Luckly best buy warranty helps

Great controller, but will start noticing wear after about a year if you're careful.

I loved it, and will continue to love it. But it did develop stick adrift. Pretty annoying.

Absolutely love this controller. The weight of it is great! Heavier than the normal controller. The button mapping is simple and very adjustable. Plus the charging port connecting to the case makes it easy to leave charging overnight while ensuring that it doesn’t fall. Battery life is also great.

Game like a pro with this controller. I was hesitant at first but when unboxing and feeling the metal controls and quality building this controller I knew it was the right move

I'm on my 4th Elite controller. The bumpers (LB/RB) always go bad so I would strongly recommend getting the protection plan. It amazes me how much we pay for these for Microsoft to cut corners. I won't bash it completely, there are some positives. The grips are improved over the series 1 controller. The additional settings are great. I love the customizable tension in the sticks. Overall they are really nice. They're one of those tools that if it breaks or you lose it you have to replace it right away. It's just unfortunate that everyone I've ever had one of the bumpers goes on it, and it's never the same one.

Do your research. The extra sticks underneath mimic the other buttons. At least on games I play there is no custom mapping. The quality is great the battery live is awesome.

So far so good the controller feels like a premium accessory, the price tag is high and some people might find the buttons on the back annoying but the beauty of this controller is that you can customize it to your liking and however you feel it the best way to play. The only thing I wish this controller had that is missing is the share button the new one has.

Feels a lot better than a normal controller, and it’s nice being able to change out the parts, I play better at siege with it.

No issues yet, much better construction than the original Elite controller. Paddles are way smaller and help hands rest more naturally on the controller. The tension adjustment is very nice and love the joy stick options. I’m sure just like anything else with a few years of regular use may see some issues, but so far perfect after a month of use.

Excellet, but it disconnects randomly mid match a lot. Best Buy exchange is only 15 days for controllers. For a $200 controller, this is absurd. I could understand if it were a base controller, but come on. Having to make the claim with Microsoft :/ I never had this problem with the first series.

This is a great brand of gaming controller, well worth the money, I love the charging case it comes with and all the interchangable pieces for the thumb sticks and d pad.
