Really good but..
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For this price it better be. Build quality feels solid, used it to beat Jedi Fallen Order recently and the adjustable thumbstick tension and trigger adjustments are nice touches for sure. I've used the pedal triggers but mostly I take them off, I haven't had that much of a use for them save for one game so far, Devil May Cry 5 and in that it was nice. The app is pretty straightforward as well.

Wow this is it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this control so I can get the extra help in battles in warzone, specifically with the paddles ofcourse to help crouch and jump, it works amazing. Controller is solid and feels great in hands, quality is amazing. The internal battery and charge is the best. The case it came with is great. Really expensive but worth the upgrade, made sure to get insurance with this as well.

Elite 2 controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a MUST buy. If you are a FPS gamer this will change your game play. It will take awhile getting used to the paddles but well worth it. I recommend starting of off with one paddle first to train your muscle memory. DO not attempt to use all four to start or it will just mess you up more than it helps when you practice with it

Great option.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good controller. Accustomed to using a Scuff controller which is more versatile. A great option if you're not going custom.

Sold controller
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was pleasantly surprised with how much heavier and sturdier this controller feels in comparison to the standard Xbox controllers. I like the metal d-pad and rear triggers.

Amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The elite series 2 controller is fantastic. I will never go back to another controller. The only problem with these is that they break down easily. An example of this is the bumpers just stop working. Definitely an item to get geek squad protection on as they will replace it for you.

Worth it!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought this controller on the word of my teenager….He knows his stuff!! The controller isn’t even the best part! The extra paddles and extended charging cord definitely make this a worthwhile investment. Customization for what you prefer is what makes this a worthwhile purchase :)

Good improvement
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good improvement with the battery and Bluetooth. As far as “physical” upgrades go, if your gen 1 Elite controller is still performing well, then keep using it. This is for those who need to replace their gen 1 or for those who are looking into getting an Elite controller for the first time.

Top Notch Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gotta give Microsoft credit cuz they made the Elite controller even better. Solid built but I’m just waiting to see if there will be any stick drift I’m with this in the future. As of this review I’m 2 months in and so far so good. I don’t care for the grips, I’m hoping scuf comes out with their grips for this soon but other than that I think this is a perfect controller.

good but bad controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.good controller with nice weight to it but unfortunately microsoft makes it using cheap lego material. ive had to return this thing like 5 times and now the warranty has expired and i dont want to buy another. bumpers go out first and fast and grips peel bad after a while. getting beat down in games because left and right bumpers dont work.

My 2nd faulty controller
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My original purchase was May 15, 2020. This will be my second time returning a controller in 2 years. This one I received after using my replacement warranty July 17, 2021. I purchased a 2 year warranty each time. It’s very upsetting because every time I have to return this faulty product I also have to purchase a warranty that’s going to cost me about $59 which is ridiculous. Each time it's issues with the controls. The first time, it kept drifting during gameplay. Now with this remote it's the left thumbstick that won't respond pressing up and if it does respond, it's very delayed. This is a $180 controller. I've never had to return a $60 controller. I keep giving them more money because I know I'll need a replacement. I would not recommend this unless you want to get stuck in a loop of continuous replacements and warranty purchases of $59 which is the cost of a regular controller which will last you years. It’s definitely not a one-time purchase item. I am very disappointed by this product because when it was working, it was great but it has less than a years use. It's just not made well--at least the ones I keep getting. Maybe it's just Best Buys stock, I don't know. But this is it. Last return, no more warranty purchases for me.

Look elsewhere at this price
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start with the positives. The magnetic analog sticks are extremely nice and easy to change, the trigger settings are also easy to use and a welcome feature, and the paddles are well placed and customizable. The controller feels premium in your hands as well. The problem is there is a noticeable amount of stick drift, the pads on the switches for the triggers are coming off, and the controller gets very warm in your hands making them sweat. Also the A,B,X, and Y buttons just don't register sometimes leading to multiple presses being required. For the price point these issues shouldn't be there. I would recommend getting a scuff controller if you're looking in this price range.
