This by FAR the best controler I have ever had. I have tried just about every Xbox controller and the xbox Elite 2 is smooth percise and super responsive.

I really like the elite controllers because they come with tools to fix your controller and they are fixable. The paddles are amazing and increased my gameplay.

Phenomenal product. Batterie life is outstanding and the overall feel and quality is top notch.

Best purchase yet , makes gaming so much easier. The keys are smooth and flawless and help keep an edge on combat gaming

Theres really wrong with this controller but i would say still get that 2 years protection plan from best buy since it does drift over time. I havent gotten that issue yet but it could drift so get that 2 years.

Excellent elite series 2 control, very comfortable to play with Forza and shooter games, I recommend this piece of hardware, it is worth the money.

Elite series 2 is the best controller I've ever owned, and getting the protection plan from Best Buy (I have total tech now, so it's included in every purchase at no extra cost) was a no brainer!

I love these controllers they are amazing . Bestbuy delivered fast open box excellent condition no problems ! I would never use their stores again but online seems fine

Ive gone through about 4-5 of these controllers. From broken buttons that no longer work to the grip handles slowly peeling off overtime. I even travel with the controller in its case. But through normal wear and tear I can say you can get a solid 6 months out of it. This controller gives me a great advantage in games. I use all 4 paddles started off with the bottom 2 then over some weeks applied the other top 2. Now I cant play anygames without it feeling weird missing back controlled buttons. I even use this controller with my phone or laptop on games aswell as for my xbox series x.

Can't say enough about this controller, it's just awesome! I'm normally a PS guy, however bought a Series X and this controller is the only controller someone should use. It changed the way I game 100%. If you're concerned about the price, don't be it is worth it.

As an owner of the first Elite, this one is better so far, in every way. I do however, prefer the old way of swapping batteries, vs the built in battery in the long run, fearing not being able to change batteries. Other than that, it's excellent. I have so far, had none of the issues mentioned in other reviews. Excellent controller!

I'm not sure if the price is worth it - but that is subjective. It's a great controller. Feels good in the hand - feels substantial. Many options to customize the feel. Battery life is great. I use with with my Windows PC without any major issues. Sometimes it disconnects but then reconnects really quickly.

I prefer the heavier weight and rubberized grip over the plasticy feel of the regular Xbox controller. You can program 3 controller profiles and cycle through them with the center button.

I had the first Elite Controller and was excited to find out the second version was released. I love the weight on the remote and how the grips feel. The extra triggers have a good click to them and the USB C charging case is awesome! I would definitely recommend this even for just regular casual gamers and pros.

I have bought three of these and they work great for a while, but then they start to have stick drift.

As someone who's bought the Elite controller open box, it wasn't a surprise to find out someone else returned it. This is actually my second one, first was brand new, and unfortunately, I've encountered similar issues with both. After some use, the buttons tend to stick and, frustratingly, they rarely register inputs on both my Xbox and PC. It's disappointing given the premium price tag and the high expectations I had for this controller. While it does offer some nice customization options and a comfortable grip, the reliability just isn't there for me. If you're considering purchasing one, I'd recommend thoroughly testing it out or opting for a different controller altogether to avoid potential headaches down the line. I recommend if you get the insurance as well, at least there’s value in that.

Looked up the reviews and found this has the highest rating and the price. It is really worth it. On top of good control on use it does look speical as well! Strongly recommends it.

Really solid controller, however I really wish they would include their windows wireless dongle.
