Stop playing console and get a pc broke boy. This thing is nice but breaks fast.

See the pictures for what Best Buy considers "open box - good condition." 1. literally missing all accessories 2. packed in a brown box and shrinkwrapped so tightly that the sticks were mashed down 3. all scratched up 4. rubber grips filled with some crust substance. Food? earwax? This was such a waste of my time. Going to the store, waiting to pick up the order, inspecting it, then having to immediately do a return, which took 15 minutes because the pickup had to "process in the system." It took two employees to figure out which buttons to press to undo everything. They suggested I just leave as it would "take a while" and I should just leave my $80 in limbo. I guess there's a reason it was so cheap...literally disgusting, and the employee at least offered me hand sanitizer after I handed this disgusting thing back across the counter. This will be my last "open box" experience with Best Buy.

I purchased this controller for Cold War and to be honest I love the quality of the controller but the buttons feel cheaper but other then that the paddles feel great and has a good grip on your hands

If I would have paid full price for this I would have been very displeased with the overall product. I returned the used one based on that the right bumper barely worked. I tried to work around it by mapping the paddles but that was somehow worse than an inconsistent bumper. Besides the fact I could change the controller emblem color (should be mandatory at this point for all the controller considering the regular ones are $60/$70). The pro controller is just a glorified overpriced Xbox series controller.

Would definitely recommend anyone playing fps games to get this controller best disign and quality for your money

This elite serie 2 is another experience easy to understand & configuration u 3 differents setup me have 1 for apex legend 2 for cod, ect great quality and battery last 4ever price worth it.

The xbox elite 2 is definitely recommended for more stability, smoothness, and better gaming experience.

I could never go back to a regular controller this controller makes a huge difference in my gaming

Has long battery life, love the different colored home buttons, endless combinations with the controls, and a long charging cable
