I liked it other than that. This controller is holding up better but I still feel like is has it's own issues. I've noticed the right joystick not working at times. I also don't like the options for the joysticks they gave. The elite sticks dont work on this controller without modifying them. But I do like the hair trigger and joystick adjustments. The grips all around are good. I also like the integrated charge station in the holder. They switched out the micro usb so you can't use your old cable but they give you a nice new one. I say it's good but not great for the price.

Minor improvements from the last generation but they were very welcomed. Microsoft should've incorporated a rechargeable battery years ago for their controllers but I guess they wanted the money from the battery companies.

If you get one treat it really well and make sure you get a warrenty. Best buy will charge a $30 fee when you replace them even if you are total tech customer so beware. I really like the controller besides the issues.

This controller lasts for a long time! It’s the 2nd one we have bought but the first one lasted 3 years and a normal controller that comes with the Xbox lasts him about 6-8 months. He loves the buttons and being able to personalize it to what he wants

I do recommend that you purchase the geek squad repairs services. I've had mine for a little over a year and have some stick drift, other than that still fully operational. It's a bit complicated to fix yourself.

Even down to the quality of the home button with the more tactile click shows the patience and enhancements in design.

I buy them for both myself and my son. Bought a set of gen 2s to replace the gen 1s we both had. I can't game with a normal controller after owning an elite. The new changes to the controller were also very nice.

The level of customizations you can have seem endless and it feels great in the hands! It is an expensive unit, but if you play xbox consoles even a moderate amount then this will improve your overall gaming experience.

Only problem so for is the Bluetooth that keeps disconnecting randomly
