Both lasted about a year before the sticks had uncontrollable drift with no way to fix them. Xbox doesn’t warranty them so I’m a little worried I just spent $179 for a 1 year controller again. Ultimately not worth it so far but I’ll update it later once I’ve had it longer.

My rating is not for the controller itself but the condition it showed up in. Controller works great but when I got the controller it was dirty and clearly BB’s inspection team did not clean the controller before shipping. It had dirt or possibly chocolate on the rubber grips and in the controller creases. All of the thumb sticks were dirty and the controller is already a finger print magnet but it had greasy stains on the surface. Once I connected the controller and verified everything functioned properly I cleaned it myself like new. I’ve bought plenty of open box items from BB this was the first time I received something in that condition.

But the grip on the controller has peeled off the bottom of the unit. It seems the Microsoft has not firgured out how to fix that from the series one. I do not recommend this controller, untill the grip problem is remedied.

Great controller

The controller is cool and definitely takes some getting used to because it’s heavier and has paddles on back unlike the regular Xbox controllers you also don’t need batteries because it’s rechargeable. I definitely recommend pay better with this controller also.
