Awesome controller!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a game changer.. Quite literally. Ok so facts, it is expensive. But if you like to game and want a quality controller, it pays for itself the first time you play with it. The buttons are fully mappable through the desktop app and you can add up to 4 paddles on the backside of the controller which makes a HUGE difference. For example, On COD, I've got 2 of the rear paddles mapped to jump and slide. After a few games, it becomes so intuitive to use the paddles vs the front buttons. You can map two additional controller button settings via a button below the xbox button and they can be changed on the fly. The controller has a built in rechargeable battery which lasts for days.. The charging brick is conductive and can either be removed from the carrying case, or left there, with the type C usb plugging into it through an access hole in the back of the case. When it's time to charge your controller, simply place it in the case on th echarger and you're good to go. The controller comes with a set of 4 paddles for the back, an additional D pad, and a few extra thumbsticks of different texture and height.. Treat yourself and buy this controller, you wont be dissapointed.

Great Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not use it enough to justify buying it but it is a great controller. Customizing the length of pull on the triggers is nice and the paddles on the back are great as well. Comes with a lot of ways to adjust the controller to fit your hand the way you want it. Bottom 2 paddles get in the way of my hands sometimes so I do not use those for the most part.

Love this control
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Old reliable right here. Ive tried a few different controllers and always come back to the elite 2 series because of its sturdiness, heaviness, button map quality and ease of use and it connects with my wireless headsets

Nice controller, works with my PC well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice controller, works with my PC well. The controls are solid and the synchronicity to my PC games across multiple Apps is great. Only negative is the longevity seems 1-2yrs max before need to replace.

Solid controller, weirdness with the warranty…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought a refurbished series 2 originally, geek squad refurbished. It was $99 dollars, and I bought the 2 year warranty. When I went to exchange it after mine had gotten pretty run down, I was told I would need to pay $100+ to get another. They tried to up sell me a brand new one, which I did not appreciate, nor did I see anything about that when I bought it. They ended up getting me an open box one so I only had to pay like $20, but they should really be more open about the warranties. They said they “didn’t have any” geek squad refurbished ones, even though that’s the store I bought the original from. If you offer a warranty on a product, then you should be able to replace the product if you have a warranty, no more, no less than the original. It’s a great controller, probably best on the market but there have always been stuck drift and button issues over time. Most button issues can be fixed by popping it open and hitting them with some rubbing alcohol, but the stick drift is tough. Best way to avoid getting it in the first place, is DO NOT use the sticks on the tightest setting. Keep them loose, and it will last way longer.

Worth the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the product open box and it works perfectly. This controller I haven't had any issues with and for the price I bought it at I would say that it was definitely worth it for me.

Hopefully it has better longevity than V1
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the V1 controller - except the rubber grips that separated, and not because of water, or sweat, or oil, or anything else, they simply separated due to poor construction. This one seems to have addressed that issue, the design is different for how the rubber is attached. As for the rest, I didn't use all four bottom paddles on the original, I didn't like their placement, but the new one I'm using all four happily, but I don't know if that's simply because I became more accustomed to bottom controls using a Razor wired controller, or because these are arranged differently. Control is spot on. Unlike the Razor, I absolutely love the buttons here, no mushy feeling like the Razors (I had both versions of the Razor with the buttons on the bottom, the 2 button and the four button one), they're crisp and sharp, you can feel the click and know it engaged. Sticks are great, the default tension was good for me so I didn't have to adjust that at all, but now you can if you like a looser or tighter feel. Only one taller stick is included, so if you want higher sticks for both, you'll have to buy another stick from some source. No issues with pairing, no issues with this not turning the Xbox on anytime. Battery life has been amazing, I can do day long stretches of Destiny for days in a row before I have to connect - and the USB C charging is way better, I can use my laptop's cable while I play if needed when it runs low as I'm using it. The included little charger base works well. I've always loved the Xbox One controller form factor, it's my favorite of all consoles (and yes, I have every one out there other than the PS4 pro). Nothing fits as naturally in my hand, and this is right there, that wonderful "Feels like it's part of your body" contours that make it comfortable for extended gaming sessions. Shoulder buttons and triggers are responsive and I almost never accidentally hit one of the shoulder buttons, so that's a bonus compared to the Razor... I like the adjustable trigger travel as well. My downsides - I'm not a fan of the grip. Yes, it's designed better than the first gen, and shouldn't come apart, but it's more plasticy, not as grippy, so I wish it was just a bit tackier to the touch. Second issue, I wish the batteries were replaceable at the user end. But all told, definitely a solid follow up on what was the perfect controller until it came apart.

Best value for money - against competition
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went back and forth with the scuf instinct pro. Ended up with this since I like to be able to take off the paddles. The scuf paddles are great if you use them all the time, but for certain games I like the option. Also the software is really good, gives you options. The built in battery is overlooked but I find it extremely useful and never have to think about it. Really good value for money if you can grab it on sale.

Good eegonomics
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took a moment to get used to the extra paddles (which are optional) but I can't go back to a regular controller now. Only issue I found is that the rubber grip on the controller will peel off with time. I suggest getting a cover/sleeve for it to prevent or delay that issue from happening.
