Elite Series 2 improved quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this controller for 13 months and it’s still going strong… no stick drift and the sticks still click down when pressed. I bought the 2 year replacement warranty and don’t see any need to replace it yet. The previous version of these controllers didn’t last this long, I would need to replace them within a year. I use it almost every day, for hours at a time.

Excellent controller, when it works.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second elite 2 controller. The first one just quit working. Hit the xbox button and nothing..I had it about 7ish months. I always buy from Bestbuy and it cost me 40 to get this second one. When you buy their insurance and replace an item, you pay for the insurance on the product. Needless to say this one gas been going good for a little over a month. I love having the paddles on the back. I set them up so I don't have to push buttons. Also really like having the ability to make the right and left triggers have a shorter squeeze. Some games I like a longer squeeze and others short. Overall I would definitely give the controller a 5 star, however the first one has me gun shy. 4 star is it this go round. Definitely recommend, and recommend Bestbuy insurance.

A Nice Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been meaning to get this for a while, and was able to get it on sale, and I’m glad that I did. This is a nice upgrade from the original controller, and I would certainly have gotten this sooner!

Great GAMER controller!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best controllers I've ever used. Got a little over 20 months, and over 1000 hours worth of intense gaming before signs of stick drift. nice and hefty and feels like its a controller worth almost $200. The features like back paddles and trigger stops are a God-send, and are great for competitive and casual gaming. Worth its weight and if you play everyday or just a weekend gamer its worth it if you give it some love.

It’s good!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s got a great feel to it and I like the ability to customize is nice, I had my first one for two years. It started to drift and the buttons began to not respond. Otherwise it’s great to use.

Amazing Upgrade! ... if it works.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is so close to perfect! The back buttons easy to use & not obtrusive, everything feels higher quality than the normal Xbox controller, but the stick drift is ridiculous!! Stick drift has become synonymous with the Elite controllers so I was hesitant to justify the price tag, but the Elite 2 seemed to be the most user-friendly option in the “pro-controller” market. I’ve seen people say they they’ve had theirs for 2+ years without drift issues so I was hopeful to say the least. First week was a dream come true! The added functionality from the back buttons made me realize I’ve been playing at a huge disadvantage for the last couple years. I don’t think I can ever go back to playing FPS games without back buttons, the idea seems so cumbersome now. Around my 2nd week of use I started to notice some slight drift on the left stick. It was barely noticeable & easily corrected so I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward 1 more week and I notice the same thing from my right stick. Barely noticeable, but enough to make me start regretting my purchase. I’ve barely had the Elite 2 controller for a full month & the drift is only getting worse. I love the back buttons SO MUCH that I really don’t want to put it down, but if the stick drift keeps getting progressively worse at this same rate than I will only get another 2-3 weeks of use out of it. This controller does everything right when it comes to offering a premium level “pro-controller” but if the stick drift turns it into a $200 paperweight after 2 months then it’s hardly a justifiable purchase. I’m hopeful Microsoft can turn this around, the biggest talking point of the Elite 2 to-this-day is the stick drift issues. If they can resolve this, then they will arguably have the best option on the market for a premium controller.

Great gift for the kids
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son loves this controller! He was very excited to get this on Christmas! And he hasn’t broken it yet like he did his last one from constantly dropping it. He actually takes care of this one because he can tell the difference in the quality

Worth?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product peforms up to expectations. The grips are soft and comfortable while being grippy. The changeable parts are wonderful to allow adaptation for play styles and performence base bonus. Asjustable triggers allow for relax gaming to professional performence. This product comes with a charging dock to allow that you never run out of battery life. The case is super durable and quite useful giving space for the inchangable custom parts. I would recommend the product to anyone with Xbox, and PC gaming.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm blown away by this controller. First time user of an elite controller and I'm not disappointed. All buttons work well and smoothly. I love the trigger adjustments. Although I'm a bit confused when it comes to the paddles and how to set them. Its definitely worth buying.

3 years 3 Controller XP
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had 3 of these controllers Overall performance is solid but has a desync issue every other day, bumper buttons are the most common to break, stick drift doesnt really occur until 3-4 months of use. Durability is very good, and freedom of button layout is comp asf and very helpful for swapping games. Dont recommend using this for fights games.
