Absolutely phenomenal controller especially if you like tight sticks they still use potentiometers though.

I had the first version of the pro controller and I really liked it. The joysticks were always an issue though. This thing is awesome. I've charged it twice in a month and a half of use between my PC and Series X. The ability to adjust the tension of the sticks themselves is one of the biggest improvements. I tell my friends that play Destiny with me they need to get this controller all the time.

    Worth the upgrade

I decided to upgrade my normal XBox controller to this, and it was definitely worth the money. First, it has a jack for any headset rather than just the funky XBox headset. Having the paddles on the back is still taking some getting used to, but it helps you keep both thumbs on the joysticks. Adjusting the trigger pull is something I never thought about, but it has improved my gameplay. Overall, it is much more expensive, but a major upgrade from the original XBox controller. The only downside is the lack of customization. Fortunately there are some wraps and cases you can get aftermarket to truly make this controller your own.

I absolutely love this controller, it elevates my FPS play style to new heights especially with popular titles like Apex Legends. If you play it, you know what im talking about. Im talking near perfect beams, key mechanics easier to execute due to the back pedals (B-Hopping), and ease of customization not only through physical changes, but the plethora of software changes that literally adjust the way you aim and shoot. Im not a pro gamer, by any stretch, but since I've had this controller. I went from 1-2 kill games to 5-10 kill games. Im a warzone player too, beams go both ways my friend. Sony what are yall doing? Where are yall native pro controllers?

For being an open box buy, this controller works fantastic! Paddles on the back are fantastic for the extra control slots I use for multiple games. Snag one if you can!

I think the controller and it's features are some of the best in the market. I use it on my PC and I only have 2 notes. 1. The connection issues are the only thing that made me debate on returning it. It will drop for little to no reason even when updated and right next to my PC. 2. The price is a tad high for a controller. I do understand it has fancy features but I payed over 250 with the warranty which I wasnt to thrilled about.

Ive had it for about a month now and love it. I have a small collection of special edition controllers id switch between but now they’re purely for display. This Elite Series 2 feels super premium and is a solid controller. I play with only the bottom 2 paddles attached and map them for reload and weapon swapping in FPS games and hand brake or shifting in racing games. Trigger stops are awesome and i love the different D-pad and stick options.

Recently bought this controller due to my scuf having stick drift the amount of customization you can do with this controller is insane and it feels really good in hand with the textured handles and also comes with trigger stops , back buttons that you can make any button and other joysticks overall 9/10 if it didn’t get stick drift it would be a 10 definitely worth the money

Controller is excellent for gamers. Love how it can be modified and fitted to your individual game play needs. Carry case and accessories are all very well bit and in my opinion worth the money.

Great controller overall. If you overuse L1/R1 it can stop working with usual pressure. I have had to return 3 now for the same issue. Pros: paddles allow you to keep your thumbs on the sticks at all times and ease of use on non shooters Rechargable, good battery life Cons: L1/R1 issue

I literally don't think I could game without this controller anymore. I'm hooked and dependent. Bought it for the paddles to be able to keep my thumbs on the sticks for Call of Duty Warzone and it does exactly that. Takes a bit to come around to using the paddles. I only use the two small back paddles for jump and slide, my brain can't comprehend four of them lol. But honestly, so worth the money. I see people complain about the series 1 controllers and maybe even series 2, I've had zero problems. The additional thumbstick sizes, the standard d pad, charging dock, case, customizable setups, wireless aspect and just the weight/grips make this controller awesome. It's seriously so crucial.

Second controller I’ve gone through and I don’t even play often. The Series One I had also had to be replaced. For the money you spend, these controllers should last much longer.

Bought over 8 different controllers for my son including the first Elite controller. This controller was a favorite besides the inability to endure the life of a streamer. Bestbuy replacement plan is great and bought two of these controllers so that while one is working the other one can be exchanged, however just like the elite one series Bestbuy goes out of stock on these controllers and there is none to replace it with. For this reason I bought my son the Wolverine Ultimate and it is his new favorite. Bestbuy does not stock this controller though. Only time will tell if it can last longer than 2-3 months. I have for a long time been very displeased with XBOX controller that were manufactured by Microsoft. You ended up paying a premium price for a product that was anything but. They would malfunction after a marginal amount of time, and even physically break with little wear and tear. The Elite 2 is proving to be a step in the right direction. The premium build quality and vast amount of customizable features make for a very well made, and well conceived controller. USB-C or wireless charging by way of a docking station that is provided are great additions to improve the value. The down side is really the idea that it takes over $150 of a price tag for Microsoft o provide a quality controller option. But at least it's a pretty good one.
