Good, but buy warranty
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The elite controller feels more solid/heavier than a standard xbox controller and has more attachments for buttons/triggers which helps in a variety of games. I do recommend getting the warranty though because I had issues with my first one not connecting correctly and disconnecting randomly. My 2nd one has fared better but the nubs on the back that switches the tension fell off within the year. Other than that the battery life is good and it charges via USB-C.

Best competitive controller out there
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having owned the 1st elite series controller I didn’t think this one would be that much better, but I was wrong. This controller improves almost every aspect of the Series 1. The wrap around grips are excellent. My series 1 grips started to fall off and I don’t see that being a problem on this one. I love that it’s slightly smaller than the 1st. Because of that I can actually use all 4 back paddles comfortably. The thumbsticks and triggers feel great. The controller now has a rechargeable battery built in and can be charged by placing it on the charger that’s in it’s case. Overall a great improvement and a fantastic controller. If you play call of duty, Fortnite, etc you need this controller.

Pleased PC user of this great controller!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as a gift for use with a PC. The recipient of my gift tells me the quality on this controller is really good relative to some of the generic and off-brand versions.

Best Gaming Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the feel of the controller. Its comfortable and grips well in hand. This is the perfect controller for first-person shooter games with the additional paddles in the back, and the adjustable triggers. Utilizing the additional paddles takes a few hours to get use to, but once you do, It is hard to use any other controller. Also the addition of a carrying case, extra swappable pieces, and portable charger make this controller worth the price tag. I was skeptical at first, but glad i invested in this controller which will be my primary gaming controller for many years.

High quality, well performing controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highly customizable software-based function binding. Strong battery life and it charges quickly. Nice storage/carry case if you need it. Charger stand allows you to display controller standing upright, and out of the way until needed and so you can easily grab it from the stand. Excellent build quality, controller feels solid during use and has a set of replacement thumb-paddles/sticks and D-pad. The grippy surface allows for better grip over the smooth standard plastic surface. Wireless connectivity has been excellent, not a single issue. Stupid expensive. and only a 1-yr warranty.

Great Controller
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this controller. It has a good feel. The grips are nice. The paddles on the back are easy to reach. Programming the buttons is super easy. Some people have reported stick drift, which I have never experienced. I own two of these controllers. I will say I have never paid full price for one. I bought used off best buy and ebay (with no issues).

Much improved from V1
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was leery to pick up another expensive controller since the v1 grips peeled on mine. It has been a few months of average use and I see much improvement. It feels great in my hand, grips are a little light but I’ve had no issues with it slipping. Battery life is good and I enjoy the new charging station. I really don’t use the back buttons all that much so I won’t speak in their function. The triggers are smooth but again not all games recognize the short trigger pulls. Overall it’s a great controller that is more of a luxury item over a need. If you have the funds, go for it. If not, you won’t miss a lot

Premium Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a well built controller. The only downside is that the face buttons are not very sensitive. This means that you need to use extra force when using the A,B,X,Y buttons. The buttons on the regular Xbox series controllers feel easier to press.

Solid feel, rechargable, pretentiously expensive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Feels like about 100 dollars worth of controller for the low low price of 200 dollars. Honestly it has some neat features, the typical things found on previous iterations of elite and scuf controllers but with added things like 3 quick change profiles, adjustable stick tension and a very long lasting recharablge battery pack that recharges when placed back inside its case. I'll be eager to see if my favorite microsoft controller feature will make a triumphant return on the elite version 2....stick drift, it's been missing so far, but its not outside its factory warranty period...so there's still time.

Great Controller! But worth the price tag...?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as a Christmas gift and have really enjoyed it thus far. I really love the feel and grip of this controller, along with the customization that comes with the interchangeable pieces (which require no tools/all magnetic). As a more “casual” gamer, while I really do enjoy it, I’m not certain I’d say personally that it’s worth near $200 and not certain I’d buy it on my own had I not recorded it as a gift. For more hard core games, maybe, but if you’re a more casual gamer, I don’t know if there’s just that much more value in this over a standard, far less expensive XBox controller. But if you’re getting as a gift (for free) or just got the money to burn, it’s definitely a great controller.

Xbox elite controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Altogether its a pretty decent controller. It DOES require some setup to get full function but after that its great. Button input is crisp and it can handle multiple profiles for different games. My only negative would be its not as grippy as i figured it would be. Its better rhan standard controllers but still feels like it slips from my hands.

Surprisingly worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IMHO the price point on this controller is a real blocker. I would have tried one years ago at $100, maybe even $130, but near $200 for a controller is a lot to ask. That being said, thanks to not going out for a year I've saved enough money to justify this kind of opulence and I'm glad I went for it. It comes with a charging dock you can rest it on which is nice. I'm mainly a single player gamer so having 1 controller constantly charged is a big deal. I dropped the flippers on the back and swapped out joysticks. The directional pad is an improvement (and you can swap it out too if you disagree). You don't need this controller, but if you're interested and have money to burn you have my blessing.

Excellent style and feel
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been an xbox gamer since the very beginning. This is the absolute best controller I've ever used. The ability to customize the pull on the triggers was huge. I like them on the midpoint setting so if you're playing FPS it takes less time and there is also a hair trigger option as well. The extra buttons on the back are customizable and make it great for certain games where you don't want to take your right thumb off the stick to hit a face button. Its a lot heavier than the original controller but all the components are higher quality. And the texturized grips on the handles make for non slip and feel good. Battery life lasts a long time and its internal. Overall price is what it is but you're getting really good quality for what you're purchasing.
