First of all, I do not know why no Best Buy’s carry this in stock ANYWHERE. So with the warranty thankfully they replaced my controller. However, I had to leave my controller with them on Monday morning and they told Me I would receive it by Friday June 27th.. on Saturday i received and update saying I won’t get it until Monday ! Thankfully I was home on Monday when they delivered it and my pck age was not stolen !!!!

I only used it for 2 weeks. My left hand didn't like using all the paddles. I tried the extra thumbsticks but didn't have a use for them. I like how easy it is to hot map buttons (make the A button do what the X button does, for example) My favorite part of this controller is the hairpin trigger adjustment. Other than that... I didn't sit well knowing I paid $200 for a controller and I barely used all it's features. I went back to my regular red controller ☺ I'll leave this one for the pros.

With this control in your hands you will be playing like a pro in no time. The quick response of the adjustable trigger locks allows for faster response time. Fully customizable button mapping with the use of paddles also allows for quicker and easier access to pull off those difficult combos. Definitely the controller on the market.

Works amazing, tons of customization with buttons and buttons on back. Can change basically as my settings.

It took me years to finally buy this controller. I’m happy with it. I’d say this is worth it if you play FPS games (WZ, COD, etc.). Using the paddles gives you the ability to do things like reload or armor up or mark locations - without moving your thumbs from the buttons or joystick. The weight of the controller is legit too. It feels like good build quality. One of the things that this got rid of for like 2 weeks was controller drift. After a couple weeks, it came back but was less intense. All in all I’d say if you are thinking about this and play FPS games, do it!

Before this, I want to say that I bought my product as open box excellent condition. I rated 4 star because the controller came without the little covers for the trigger stops but everything works well. There is a bit of drift, but this might be because the joysticks are so loose that my character slightly moves when I shake my controller. Other than that, everything works perfectly as intended and is someone who should buy for the paddles to avoid the “claw” method of holding a controller.

Battery life and customization are appreciated, while the controller’s weight and in-hand feel are much more comfortable than basic/standard controller.

The whole controller is so comfortable, I can play for like 3 days straight without charging it, because I mainly play for 4 hours a day. The case that has the charger in as well is awesome!!

I'm pretty sure this doesn't make me a better gamer but it certainly is a fantastic luxury. I love the back paddles and the variable trigger pulls. I still get tagged in 30 seconds in Halo by 12 year olds who play 8 hours a day but I feel like I'm more competitive and because it's a bit pricey, I'm less likely to fling it across the room in anger . . . at least I hope I'm less likely.

I love the feel and works really good. Got very very little stick drift(got it open box), not game breaking but does show if you stare at a place.

Gives you a little edge when playing games like callnof duty.

Best controller I’ve used! The paddles are such a game changer (ha ha). But seriously the weight, the quality are far above the standard controllers. Highly recommend

This controller is an absolute game changer. I haven't really been able to take full advantage of its capabilities, but the configurations are unreal. Just the feel of this thing is far more superior than the standard Series X controllers. The price is justified just be sure to purchase this item with Total Tech Membership or a credit card with insurance coverage, to ease the price point sting. If you protect this purchase its definitely worth the price.

I didn't know what to get my son for his birthday. A friend suggested this... Boy was this a winner. My son was so excited. He loves it. I asked what makes this a better controller. He said everything. No more buying batteries...this controller chargers , it customer moves better. He declared this to be the best controller.

Really good controller. comes with a travel case, docking charger, usb type c connector, and customizable thumb stick pads. highly recommend for games that require fast reflex due to the pads on the backside. The customizable triggers are bonus for fps games, you can tightened down trigger hair to desire.

Upgraded to this controller but I recommend buying the warranty, I play daily so the buttons damage a little before the 2 year warranty expires! Best purchase ever. I was running through cheap controllers every 3 months at 60 dollars a piece

I really like this controller it feels like it’s made with a high standard of quality. I love all its features like how you can customize the thumb sticks and D-pad and that they are made of metal, not plastic. The battery for me last a long time, I just charged it the first time since it’s initial charge the other day, though I don’t play everyday, so it last pretty long even with vibration on. But the overall build quality is excellent nice rubber grips, metal sticks, and sturdy plastic. This controller when compared to the new Series X controller makes the X feel cheap.

Love the controller! Nice weight. The paddles take a little time to get used to nut once you do they are a thumb saver. hahaha! Great purchase.
