BestBuy should have the updated controllers in stock. Look for the yellow line on the front box. No more double inputs and better bumpers. Knocking a star for no Hall Effect joysticks

It is a really good controller aside from the fact that my "A" button sticks every now and then. It was like that brand new out the box. If not for that, id give it 5 stars.

Honestly I had my doubts about this controller especially with the price tag but WHOA! This controller is an absolute game changer and hand feel is perfect !

This new iteration of the Elite controller is well... ELITE! It is one of the most comfortable controllers I’ve ever used and is better than any 3rd party pro controllers you can get! A tad pricey but well worth it! It has an internal rechargeable battery and the battery life lasts for days! Like binge playing all day... days! Must have for shooters too. Literally cannot play shooters anymore without paddles! Perfect compliment to a new Series X having 60-120fps!

Get this controller I’ve had one for over two years and have never had a problem the paddles give you a competitive edge super worth it

What it comes with is awesome, carrying case, charge cable, customizable sticks, and charging dock, and the battery life is excellent. Exceptional build quality and have had no issues so far. Dpad did wanna vibrate a lit when holding it though. Built in customizable app works seamless as well!

Honestly I was hesitant about purchasing this product with all the bad reviews on quality control. Went with BestBuy for their 2 year warranty and 1 month later I am happy to say the product is working great. Highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade your Xbox controller but keep in mind it will take some time to adjust to paddles and the sensitivity.

I’ve bought this controller again and again, And will buy again if need. It lasts long and work extremely excellent. Then from customization to the mechanics work amazing. It also comes with a carry case along with interchangeable pieces. The best part is it’s also rechargeable. Not to also mention the adjustable triggers

Very heavy and sturdy controller, the additional paddles and buttons give it a lot more versatility to manage game play. Everything about it is sleek and high functioning. However there is some joystick drift after awhile and bumpers can start to lose sensitivity so keep in mind

Perfect controller!!! It definitely feels heavier and sturdier than other controllers. It held up really well and works perfectly over a year later.

I was on the hook due to price but after purchasing I was surprised how much I enjoyed using this controller.  I like the different opinions available to me.  The controller itself is nice and comfortable.  You have the option of changing the joysticks, triggers can be set to different sensitivity, paddles can be set for quick access during game play. You can also go into the controller settings for different joystick game play options. I don't see myself using a regular controller again.  There's also a nice case with a dock to recharge your controller.

So I was skeptical at first about this purchase due to the mixed reviews. I’ve had this controller for about 6 months now and I can honestly say after countless hours and long nights playing the game, not to mention how many times I’ve accidentally dropped it on my hardwood floor that it still works perfectly. I’m here to tell you to go for it if you want to transition to paddles. I have and I’m not going back to regular controllers at least for FPS etc.

The controller for the series X that comes with the console is awful. It’s click clack buttons and AA battery compartment are shameful. This controller however is the one that should have come with the system. As I’m writing this review it’s on sale for Total Tech members for $140.00 and it’s worth that easy. It’s every bit as good as any custom Scuff PS5 controller that are selling for $230.00. If you love your Xbox and hate the cheap controller they packaged with it here’s the remedy.

It’s a good solid controller that works great with my PC. Very comfortable shape for your hands and the back paddles just flow into your fingers for ease of use for those that game for hours at a time. I play a lot of a Vanguard and this controller gets the job done and I’m able to move more efficiently in the game. Battery life is great as well lasting me more than a week on full charge gaming at least 5 hours a day. Just get it you won’t regret it :)

Very easy to set up and you can tell they really thought through the design. Also, amazing battery life! Compatible with copilot. I have to knock off a star because I had to exchange for a new one because one of the paddles didn't work properly.

Been wanting a pro controller for a long time was thinking about getting a scuff but couldn't fathom spending that type of money on a controller wasn't sure if I was going to like this cuz I've always liked the PlayStation style controller but glad I made the switch fell in love the first week

Great controller, but the service plan is worth the money. If you play a lot you will eventually have an issue with the gimbals, bumpers or triggers. It is definitely a great controller loaded with features that will make you a more efficient player.

Hands down the best controller. Rechargeable by just placing it in its case. Multiple ways to adjust every aspect of the way it works. Trigger pull, dead space, sticks, 5 types of movement speed that can be adjusted and feels great in your hand. I have 3 in their cases so I can just swap them out when ones battery's low.
