Amazing controller! A little pricey, but worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy this controller a lot more then it’s predecessor. Grip all around were hands are plced. The sticks are even more precise and responsive. Battery life is exceptional playing 4-6 hours on my days off and not having to charge frequently. Having a case with built in charging when setting down controller or having it in case is a great feature. Setting controller up with different button setting is awesome. Haven’t really used as of yet but a nice option. Have only played Call of Duty Warzone so far with this controller. It gives me a huge advantage compared to the standard xbox controller I used. My response time is amazing.

Awesome controller with amazing battery life!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything about this device screams quality. I love the feel of it. It seems a little heavier, but overall feels very good in my hands. What blows me away is the battery life. I had gotten used to the older controllers so when I started using this I was surprised that I didn't have to charge after several hours of game play. A few days later, the same. A few days more... It seemed to take forever for me to have to charge the device. I love it! I've had it for a bit and it just consistently performs.

THE BEST!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No controller has ever felt better in my hands. A little heavier than the standard xbox controllers. Paddles and trigger locks are legitimate ways to get an edge in online/competitive gaming. Personally, I only use 2 paddles as all 4 feels a bit strange with my hands size. There's also many ways to adjust the response curves of the joysticks offering advanced ways to tailor control. I recommend the warrany for peace of mind knowing that this product has some history of defects, not to mention controllers themselves get beat up over time, thats the way it is!

Great build quality with a little maintenance
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will say this controller is perfect in every way and you'll pay a premium for it. I've used mine for 3 years now and its held up pretty well. I did have to take it apart and follow a tutorial on cleaning the insides specifically the right bumper. It was a pretty simple fix and works like new just need some 90+ alcohol rubbed on the bumper contacts.

So far so good.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the customization. Lots customization. Only thing I hate on this is the price. Hoping it last longer than the original since that started to have left joystick “stick-drift”. Wish the battery was removable. Feel like MS did the whole recharge battery thing knowing that rechargeables only last so long. Meaning more money for MS if it’s time to replace because of a battery death. We shall see what dies first: the joystick or the battery

best controller in the market today
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my all time favorite controller, well worth the money, everything about it is premium, the only bad thing about it is that it will eventually get the stick drift, I've gone through 3 elite controllers but I keep coming back, best to get the warranty, if people are asking why I think its the best controller even tho it has a major flaw, my response is this, a lot of other controllers now have the same issue, the difference is that this controller is just built better overall

great controller, but guaranteed to break.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.controllers a necessity for gaming. Its just too expensive, and its guaranteed to break, so get yourself that replacement plan. Im on my 3rd elite 2, as the RB/LB keeps breaking, or the little adhesive pads inside behind the triggers gets stuck and the triggers start sticking. This should be prices at $99.99

Best controller I own.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best little controller on the plaent. I've owned a variety of Xbox and playstation controllers. I loved this feel this one had. Was slim and loved the additional buttons for a more customized gaming experience. This bad boy lasted me 2 years I plan on getting another one of these.

Great improvements over Gen1
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microsoft stepped it up with this contoller here are the improvements I really think stand out 1) Grips changed, my last to controllers they came off.. it is different on this one and feels like it will handle the stress of gaming longer 2) Buttons, the buttons feel better, from the lit up Xbox button to menue and ABXYs 3) 4 saved settings for different games, with the light indicator 4) integrated recharble battery and charger in case 5) smaller paddles making them better located for use Still working on cons list but here is the only one I have so far 1) charging cored is a little difficult to feed through the carry case to the charging base.

Its Good!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a Scuf user. Got gen1 Elite controller 2 or 3 years ago and hated the paddles. Went back to Scuf. Wanted a new Scuff, but they were out of stock for Xbox. Decided to go with Gen2 Elite and was impressed. Paddles weren't as sensitive as the Gen1s. That's was my main gripe, love the improvements from the 1st elites. If they change the paddles to be on the back like the Scufs I would stay with the elite controllers. But will be buying a new Scuf soon, but the elite will definitely stay as back up.

Pricey, but a great controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is great. Seems like there were some quality issues with the first series elite controller but this one appears to have better quality. Had it for a couple of months now and showing very little signs of wear. Being able to switch out the sticks is what I like the most about it. The added paddle buttons help, but be aware that they don’t act as extra buttons. They only replace current buttons or can act as a shift button.

Worth every penny if its available
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are so hard to come by so I bought one just incase my elite 1 broke again. Decided to open it and use it because I was having issues with a new headset and wanted to see if the controller was the problem. Went ahead and played a game of COD Warzone and haven't put it back in the box. Grips feel great and they fixed the issue i had with the elite 1 when you used the quick setting on bumpers for shooting games you wouldn't get much of a response if you tried to drive a car for example GTA5 or COD warzone. Only complaint is the paddles aren't as large as the elite 1s so i swapped them out and been using ever since.

Weighty controller, feels and plays good
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a really good gamer, so anything that helps is a plus. First time owning elite series. The controller feels very solid and haven't had any problems like the complaints I have seen online (A button sticking, etc). I think it's helped and my only complaint is I'm not quite used to the paddles--they make it hard to get a good grip without accidentally pressing them. That means I'm accidentally switching your primary weapon to melee while under fire in a FPS match.... :/ I don't plan to disable or remove the paddles because I want to get used to using them. I'm ditching my 2015-era Xbox One for the XBox One-X so let's see how this performs with the new rig!
