This controller is pretty hard to use and it definitely isn’t for most people. If you have the money and feel like paddles would be best for you then I would definitely recommend. But, if you are more of a casual player I would say try looking for a cheaper controller.

One of the best controllers I’ve ever used. The ability to reconfigure your button mapping is amazing. If you have the money to waste on a gaming controller, this is the one to buy.

Love not wasting batteries to play games and good quality

Great product if you play a lot. The recharge feature alone was worth it for me. No more changing out batteries. Adjusting the hair triggers and fine tuning the sticks is a great asset in helping to get that slight edge in FPS. I Recommend the controller. Price is a bit high or I would have scored it higher.

Excellent construction and pairs easily with my PC. I use this controller primarily for manual driving in racing games but serves perfectly fine for all types of games. The assignable paddles make customization an absolute breeze! **Warning** These have a tendency to fail in the first year so I recommend buying the Geek Squad coverage to protect your investment!

The feel of the controller is quality. Being able to adjust stick tension has improved my gaming. The paddle shape and layout work for me, less accidental engagement under stress. Button mapping is sophisticated, easy, and accomplished on the Xbox. I’ve been using this controller for a couple months now and have had zero issues.

Such an amazing controller, but still flawed by design quality. Joystick magnets can get a little wonky, and I'm already noticing the grips starting to peel off after not much use. Still, don't regret my purchase at all. They will need to improve to complete with the PS5 controller though...

Amazing controller, perfect while it works and the best there is available. The warranty was extended from 45 days to 1 year from Microsoft. It’s a shame Microsoft used the potentiometers used in order Xbox, Nintendo and Xbox controllers that also have drift issues in these.

Expensive, but the customization is nice, on windows download the app to get the full benefit of the controller, and get the adapter otherwise you need to stay wired, and really what's the point since it Microsoft finally put a rechargeable battery in their contollers

i would say best controller so far by date..bought 3 of these and would still buy this over any other competitors...handz down the best

This controller is without a doubt the best controller you can get on the market. Bluetooth makes it compatible with more than just Xbox, and the durability/quality is far and away so much better than the version 1 that it makes it look like a joke. Battery life is stellar so far and the added case with charging dock built in works very well. Wish the battery was removable, but 40 hours per charge is great.

My son loves it. It has a all the cool buttons to play his game better.

Good controller but I had to return mine. The grip area is slippery compared to the first generation controller. I couldn't get use it it and felt weird in my hands. I did like the charging base it comes with and the fact that the tension on the sticks can be adjusted.

The Elite Series 2 brings a lot of disappointment. When I first bought the controller I had to return it the next day because the D pad was misaligned. The right D pad button was tilted up, making it harder to press compare to the left D pad button. After 4 months of gaming, my bottom right paddle stopped working and I had to use my warranty to get it replaced which meant I had to rebuy the warranty which costed me another $50. After getting the controller replaced, my left trigger stopper adjuster fell off. On the previous elite the trigger stopper adjusters were made out of a solid plastic but on the Series 2, it’s a tiny toothpick end with a rubber cover. When the cover fell of it made it harder to switch the triggers. Some pros are the new grip design and internal batteries. The Elite 1 rubber grips peeled off after 6 months of gaming and the new design is holding on so far. The internal batteries is a plus with the case as the charger. I visit my friends home a lot and I like bringing my own controller so this is a plus for me. After paying nearly $300 with warranty I’m very disappointed on this product. The price is half of a brand new console. You might as well buy a regular controller and get the $30 StrikePack paddle mods or the PowerA Fusion pro....

This thing is awesome and I don’t even take advantage of half of the features it provides. It is very expensive though so I’m still waiting to see how well it holds up and for how long.

This is the third controller that I bought for my Xbox. It was expensive compared to the other two, but it is actually the best thus far. Very comfortable and the battery life is much better, lasting almost 16 hours. The fact that you can charge it while inside the case is a plus. I highly recommend this controller.
