I absolutely love this controller, it elevates my FPS play style to new heights especially with popular titles like Apex Legends. If you play it, you know what im talking about. Im talking near perfect beams, key mechanics easier to execute due to the back pedals (B-Hopping), and ease of customization not only through physical changes, but the plethora of software changes that literally adjust the way you aim and shoot. Im not a pro gamer, by any stretch, but since I've had this controller. I went from 1-2 kill games to 5-10 kill games. Im a warzone player too, beams go both ways my friend. Sony what are yall doing? Where are yall native pro controllers?

Can never miss with the elites, praise the paddles, praise the triggers

This thing makes gaming so much easier and more enjoyable. The paddles are so good for fpd and racing games

Excellent Controller, I have the protection plan too, but let's hope I don't need it for at least a year. Simple setup even with Win11 or 10.

Use it everyday no issues better than the normal controller

This controller feels great and can be customized in many different ways with the kit it comes with. However, I returned this item 4 times because the joysticks did not feel smooth, especially the left one, and clicked every time i would move it in a different direction. The one i'm left with still seemed to have that issue every once in a while though it seems to have reduced over time.

I love my elite controller and wouldn’t go back to regular one, but if you’re a heavy player I’d suggest getting warranty. The actual controller bumpers tend to break fairly quickly and I hope they build something more durable in the next gen. Also wished they add more colors/customization.

The feel, weght, and sensitivity are all excellent. Quality controller for XBox and PC.

This is my second elite 2 controller. The first one just quit working. Hit the xbox button and nothing..I had it about 7ish months. I always buy from Bestbuy and it cost me 40 to get this second one. When you buy their insurance and replace an item, you pay for the insurance on the product. Needless to say this one gas been going good for a little over a month. I love having the paddles on the back. I set them up so I don't have to push buttons. Also really like having the ability to make the right and left triggers have a shorter squeeze. Some games I like a longer squeeze and others short. Overall I would definitely give the controller a 5 star, however the first one has me gun shy. 4 star is it this go round. Definitely recommend, and recommend Bestbuy insurance.

Love this controller has no drift if you take care of it

I literally don't think I could game without this controller anymore. I'm hooked and dependent. Bought it for the paddles to be able to keep my thumbs on the sticks for Call of Duty Warzone and it does exactly that. Takes a bit to come around to using the paddles. I only use the two small back paddles for jump and slide, my brain can't comprehend four of them lol. But honestly, so worth the money. I see people complain about the series 1 controllers and maybe even series 2, I've had zero problems. The additional thumbstick sizes, the standard d pad, charging dock, case, customizable setups, wireless aspect and just the weight/grips make this controller awesome. It's seriously so crucial.

I just got the Xbox Elite Controller and I'm seriously impressed! The build quality is top-notch, and the customizable features are a game-changer. The textured grips feel great in my hands, and the adjustable thumbsticks allow me to fine-tune my aiming precision. The extra paddles on the back are a game-saver in fast-paced shooters, giving me quicker access to essential commands. While it's a bit pricey, the performance and customization options totally justify the cost. Definitely elevates my gaming experience!

It’s a great controller. Stays charged a long time and works for hours.

I had the first version of the pro controller and I really liked it. The joysticks were always an issue though. This thing is awesome. I've charged it twice in a month and a half of use between my PC and Series X. The ability to adjust the tension of the sticks themselves is one of the biggest improvements. I tell my friends that play Destiny with me they need to get this controller all the time.
