So far so good. Ive mixed reviews about this item but decide to take the plunge (and getting the warranty just in case). It's been working great to far. It doesn't have the same issue that the OEM rechargable battery has. I haven't ran out of juice on this controller even after multiple days of usage with charging it. The build feels nice. I like a heavier controller, and the triggers and definitely nice to have. Is it life changing? No. Is it a gimmick? Also no. It's just a fancier controller with a. Few added features which are nice to have. Hopefully MSFT has had the time to fix the kinks.

I was initially hesitant to purchase because of cost. Price is only downside but if you want the best this is it. Could never go back to standard controller after using this, everything else feels like a toy.

100% better upgrade than the generic controllers that Microsoft gives you with the Xbox. Night and Day difference in quality, game play, feel, confort, and performance. What more can you ask for?

I can't imagine playing Halo MP without this. This controller provides great precision, feel, durability, customization to allow you to go out and compete at a high level in online gaming.

Think this is a great product for your kids, and the order was ready right away for pickup.

It’s a great controller for FPS games. The problem is they are very expensive and break easy. This is third one. I bought this because I have all the attachments from my other elite 2. I love the color but don’t like the price. If you have money to burn then buy one but if in a budget save your money.

When I bought this controller, I wasn’t sure if it was really all it was cracked up to be especially since I’m so used to the standard Xbox one controllers but let me tell you, I will never use any other controller, it feels great in the hands, the build construction is perfect and the battery life is even better, not to mention but the case and the extras are pretty sweet!

If you can afford it, get it! Amazing! Customizable! Loving it! Great package. Case even has magnetic charger within it. Feels perfect. Paddles take some time to get a feel for but then fit in flawlessly.

Great controller if you want the ability to customize the settings. Once I played with the Elite, never went back to standard. Like being able to swap dpads, adjust trigger pull, and add levers to the back for additional functions.

Love these controllers, I have 4 of them because I like the weight and feel; use one each for ROG Ally X, Gaming PC and XBox Series X with a spare in case one dies and I don’t want to game tethered or wait for recharge.

Finally decided to spend the money on a fancy controller. I paired this for my PC and works great. The controller feels high quality and feels great in your hands. Also like the different button options available to customize to your liking.
