A better Elite.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Way better than the original. Textured handles feel great, it looks like is a solid piece unlike the original that started to lose the glue after a few months of usage then the rubber around the handle would bubble up and come off the controller. The triggers have 3 levels of resistance. The control sticks can be adjusted too... Very useful. The battery lasts a while even after long periods of gameplay on Elder Scrolls Online. It's worth the money. But if your original is in perfect working conditions then save the money and keep using that one.

Elite 2 controller
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The function is amazing being able to use the paddles and customization. On that same note the quality is some what lacking as the rest of the elites the rb and lb are always an issue . No stick drift yet after a year …yet

Great for some! B+
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not for everyone. It is a great controller even for the money, but it is a different experience and for windows gaming it seems to give me a little trouble with Bluetooth compared to a standard BT Xbox controller. If you like Quality, customization, and ascetics this controller is for you.

Solid Buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good quality controller with a great battery life. I haven't had any complaints about the hardware. If you are looking to get this for use with your PC, know you will need to download/update drivers using an additional Xbox app. While inconvenient, it shouldn't deter you from the great quality comfort this controller provides.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Xbox controller I’ve ever had. I normally only use one paddle to remap L1 but you can have 3 additional presets.

Parts sold separately
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really nice controller. Smoother and more precise than my old xbox one controllers. Apparently the "Core" version doesn’t come with any parts for some of the extra levers, so I had to drop $20 online for some aftermarket levers for the back of the controller.

Great replacement
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace my previous controller because of wear. It’s nice that the core is available so I don’t have to buy everything else that comes with it since I already own them. The controller itself is my favorite, most customizable in my opinion.

Microsoft will always Microsoft
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller with excellent features. Only problem, is the issues these controllers tend to develop. Personally, I have gone through at least half a dozen of these controllers since they debuted. Stick drift is a gaurentee. Pretty smooth out of the box, but eventually, they'll break in and its not pretty. Bumpers usually are the next to fail. Haven't had issues with the series 2, as far as rubber grips peeling off. Microsoft has been aware of these issues for quite some time. Doesn't seem like they care, even with the looming class-action lawsuit over these contollers. For the price point, I wouldn't say these are worth it. Only reason i bought another one over the Turtle Beach Stealth, is the elite can still accomadate for the M80 mixamp for Astro A40's. For a little extra $, get something with Hall-effect sticks. They dont break as easy.

Its Good!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a Scuf user. Got gen1 Elite controller 2 or 3 years ago and hated the paddles. Went back to Scuf. Wanted a new Scuff, but they were out of stock for Xbox. Decided to go with Gen2 Elite and was impressed. Paddles weren't as sensitive as the Gen1s. That's was my main gripe, love the improvements from the 1st elites. If they change the paddles to be on the back like the Scufs I would stay with the elite controllers. But will be buying a new Scuf soon, but the elite will definitely stay as back up.

Great controller if you like options
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using the controller for a few months, I have to say it’s great! The customization options for the analog sticks is good. But this really shines for me using Steam input on my PC to map the back paddles for additional button presses and shortcuts for games. Haven’t had any quality control issues yet as others have said online.

Great controller but one or two flaws
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the custimization options but the official microsoft app that goes along with it needs a little work. Also my left thumb stick constantly unscrews itself for some reason. Other thing is i have maybe slightly above average hand size but certainly not huge. Yet when you get some paddles and install those they constantly get in the way of your grip. Even without them the controller feels small. I will need to buy a grip sleeve or something. Other than those 3 things i dont have any problems with the controller itself. I would say overall 2 of my complaints like the app and grips are just personal issues that might be because of my own preference. The 3rd which is the left thumb stick unscrewint itself and feeling like it gets stuck sometimes i would say is manufacturer error or something.
