Perfect product. I got it at the right price , it worked perfect

This was a gift for a family member. She says it’s lightweight and the buttons are very responsive.

It is really easy to use. It feels nice no problems with it.

The controller is great when it works. A lot of people eventually have problems and need to warranty it. I've gone through 4 or 5. Stick drift, stuck buttons, unresponsive bumpers. Still would buy it again, built in battery and the overall experience is unmatched compared to the regular controller.

Controller is fantastic! After two years it has worked really well. Little stick drift in the right stick, but nothing that renders it unusable.

This controller is great. Super easy to change the D-Pad or the joysticks. My A button feels a bit sticky although it has not messed with my playing yet. Mapping buttons to the back paddles is extremely easy and can be done at anytime. If you do not want to use the back paddles, they come out very easy. This controller is great if you like to customize and plan on using the back paddles. I use the paddles not competitively like one would assume so even just mapping the A button to the back top right paddle can be nice for some.

High quality and feels great in my hands. One star off because I think there the paddle position is close enough that occasionally I’ll press the bottom paddle if my grip is off at all. Also a star off because it came out of the box with stick drift, which is a common complaint with this model. Great overall with minor imperfections.

Best controller I would recommend and best buy has great coverage

controller works amazing. Love the ability to change the most detailed setting and have 4 different setups for different games. Only down side I would say is for the price I wish it would hold up a little better. Buttons seems to wear down the same as a normal controller if not worse sometimes.

I'm super amazed at this controller. Received as a birthday present from wife. Apparently the BB employee pointed her in the PROPER DIRECTION... she knows I'm a hardcore gamer and wasn't looking for or needing a typical controller. This thing is a beast! I haven't even begun to exploit the power, but I've built a couple of game specific control schemes and felt the difference in make-quality. The internal battery life (~15-20 hrs) is definitely better than what I've gotten from my recharger packs from Nyko charging base (typically 10+hrs). And looking forward to solid compatibility with Series X systems!

I enjoy this controller a lot more then it’s predecessor. Grip all around were hands are plced. The sticks are even more precise and responsive. Battery life is exceptional playing 4-6 hours on my days off and not having to charge frequently. Having a case with built in charging when setting down controller or having it in case is a great feature. Setting controller up with different button setting is awesome. Haven’t really used as of yet but a nice option. Have only played Call of Duty Warzone so far with this controller. It gives me a huge advantage compared to the standard xbox controller I used. My response time is amazing.

Everything about this device screams quality. I love the feel of it. It seems a little heavier, but overall feels very good in my hands. What blows me away is the battery life. I had gotten used to the older controllers so when I started using this I was surprised that I didn't have to charge after several hours of game play. A few days later, the same. A few days more... It seemed to take forever for me to have to charge the device. I love it! I've had it for a bit and it just consistently performs.

Went for a Xbox remote didn't see any on display asked an employee for help. Within 2 minutes came from the back and saved the day they have some in stock.

Holds up great, if taking care of. Best in my opinion for back paddles. I personally recommend the scuff paddles for this controler.

I bought this to use as my controller while outputing the video of my Legion Go to my large screen TV and it works well. I was a little bummed that this "core" kit does not come with a case or any of the extra metal buttons but i can always buy them later if I feel I need them. This kit does cone with a very long USBC braided cable.

My son loved this remote for his Xbox one s. He wanted it so bad. Yes it’s expensive but make sure to purchase the warranty!!!! You never know what could happen!

Ive had it for maybe a month and so far im glad my friend talked me into getting this instead of a regular controller

Upgraded to this controller but I recommend buying the warranty, I play daily so the buttons damage a little before the 2 year warranty expires! Best purchase ever. I was running through cheap controllers every 3 months at 60 dollars a piece
