Excellent grip, customizable via hardware and software which is very unique and helpful, various options for sticks and pads and triggers, and the warranty is by far the best warranty I have ever received. Would HIGHLY recommend for PC or XBOX gaming

This controller has the best build quality of any controller of all time. The weight feels excellent in the hand and the wrap around grips make the feel even better. The paddles have a new feel to them that the original elite controller did not have and it feels great. The whole controller immediately feels more precise and quality than the regular xbox controller. This is completely worth it if you have the money.

The controller worked great, and the paddles on the back were able to work with rebinding native keys, but with the default configuration I was also able to use Steam controller configuration to rebind keyboard and mouse keys to the controller. It had everything I wanted, and it handles very well. But, after about 6 months of use, the right bumper broke, and because I didn't purchase a protection plan I now have to repair it on my own, or just deal with a broken button. I read reviews online about "just rebind the RB to one of the paddles," but come on, no one wants a broken button, and it shouldn't have broken this soon in the first place. I read online that this was a problem with the series one controller, and apparently it hasn't been fixed in the series two. If you buy this, make sure to get the protection plan, because chances are your bumpers are going to break. Other than the bumpers, I've had no problems with the controller.

Pinnacle of gaming controllers. Textured grips for a nice comfortable feel. Adjustable stick tension for increased/decreased sensitivity. Back paddles that provide extra buttons which in turn give more versatility. Trigger stops that give you a more intense and short haired pull for a the gamers who need that split second reaction time. All in all, just an excellent gaming controller to take your performance to the next level.

Love the controller, just not sure white is the best color for me. But for the cost and the customizability it's well worth the money. Warning this is a core controller, doesn't come with the charging dock or attachments. So make sure you have those before buying a core controller.

You can tell the quality is way better than normal controller. Awesome worth every penny.

I love the customization of it, rubber grips feel better than I thought they would, the paddles are a nice addition especially for jumping in games. Very high build quality. I would buy another if I needed to.

I was umm skeptical that a controller costing this much would feel like it was worth the scratch. I'm a enjoy the game at my own pace kind of gamer. So buy a controller like this? Well it's just better quality for one. Being able to shorten the top triggers is a great feature for when you need to button bash through a boss fight. I've only had this controller a month so I can't speak for it's longevity but so far I'm happy I invested.

This is the ULTIMATE controller. It is all what you need, a responsive controller and very costumizable

My son loves these always and I have three boys. They will only use this product. Says a lot as a mother.

I replaced my worn out elite series, with the new version. My old unit had played hard! This new series 2 has great new improvements, also the new unit is not a duplicate. You can not swap parts from the old to the new. I have my original fitted with round top sticks on it, the new unit only allows one of these, on one side or the other. You can not use the old sticks or any other remove able controls. So yes I love it for being well made, but just not compatible with the older elite.

I really like the advanced configuration options with the extra buttons and the ability to customize them.

This is the best remote I’ve ever owned. No stick drift and smooth as butter! Plus the worker made me aware w my protection package this remote would also be covered for any issues and if it couldn’t be fixed theyd simply give me a new ine

Sucks that Microsoft still makes you purchase battery paks for controllers. This is where they fall short in the console wars. However, this was an impulse buy, dang it microsoft. But it is a very good controller. It feels premium and it comes with a charge base. All controllers should be double a battery free at this point. But still, all in all, its worth it.

I’d give it a 5 if I hadn’t had to replace it 3 times. These controllers are prone to random buttons failing. Get geek squad warranty. When it’s working it’s a… game changer (I’ll see myself out).

This is still working really well. It’s worth the price.
