Yes. Just yes.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far the best controller that I’ve bought. I’ve had the normal PS4&5, Xbox one, Astro C40, Scuff, and even nycon controller. This blows them out of the water with the customizability and quality. I’ve seen reviews saying there’s stick drift after a while (I’ve had it for about a month so I cant speak on that) but I highly HIGHLY suggest this controller to anyone who’s serious about gaming.

Great controller but…
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller if you have some extra money lying around to splurge. Personally, it was a bit much for the cost, and I find it better to just grab a strike pack for the paddles and use an original Xbox one controller instead of the new one (afaik they don’t make them for the new controller right now). TLDR: get it if money isn’t an issue and you want more than two paddles, otherwise buy strike pack

From Elite One to Two
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a mix feel for this, seems like it’s beyond my Xbox one x, I’ve notice a little lag with input from time to time, but when it’s plug it, it’s perfect. There’s a lot you can do to tune it over the first series. Maybe there’s a update in the future for the lag issue or perhaps the X Series will be able to keep up. Of course if had a choice I would have brought another series 1.

Xbox controller
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the remote. I’ve had an Xbox for years and you can really tell the difference in quality from the older controllers. I love the grip and new features.

Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller however I have had to repair it myself a couple of times due to dust build up on certain buttons but very straight forward the customization of it is unbeatable.

Must have for any Xbox player
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent controller. Had the original and decided to upgrade to the second version, no disappointment at all. Quality feels better and the sticks are durable. Customizing the controller paddles/buttons is ready to do from the app in your Xbox console

Amazing controller, BUT
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only thing stopping me giving this a 5/5 is Microsofts poor QC on these controllers. The bumpers or buttons will end up always going out on you. Other than that they're excellent controllers

Luxury, Not Value
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a great value proposition for the casual gamer but if you're into it you'll ignore logic and buy this. The paddles on the underside take some getting used to and may actually be an annoyance to those used to the regular style controller. Good build quality. D-pad is an upgrade. Does the cool outweigh the price? Your call!

Great purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No issues so far a lot of the problems I see with people online is that they manhandle there controllers. If you spend 170 for a controller treat it like a Baby

I really wanted to love it
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I’m fully aware of all the reports and issues that came with this at its launch so I probably like many others , decided to wait and see if they fixed whatever they needed to in the later batches. I was wrong. From the extensive research I did about this, not many people were looking at “lot numbers” to see which ones were faulty and which weren’t. I ordered this about 2 weeks ago and from what I found, it was the newest lot number, #2011. So I thought I’d have a good chance at a solid one. Nope. Literally 1 week in, the joystick was drifting . And because these are so out of stock so often, Best Buy couldn’t swap mine out so I’m forced to either play with a broken one or return it altogether and wait weeks or even longer to get a new one and HOPE it’s not the same lot number. This is kind of ridiculous. I even bought the 2 year warranty on it because I was gonna be “okay” with the chance it breaks after 6 months when both Microsoft and Best Buy standard exchanges would be done. One week people... one. And I’m not the only one , 1000s of people are getting this within 30days. I don’t understand it. I have been a Xbox and Microsoft fan since 2005. I’m gonna hold out and see but I’m honestly thinking of switching over to Sony and the PS5 if this keeps up. I know I won’t be the only one in that dilemma either.

Posted .Hey there,
We're sorry that there's an issue with the thumbstick drifting on your new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. If you'd rather not wait for assistance through Best Buy, it should still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty through Microsoft. We recommend contacting Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
Hope that helps,
Chuck

Good until not
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked well while it lasted. I only play rocket league on pc with this controller and legitimately I’ve always taken care of my stuff but these controllers break probably within a year on average for most. My thumb sticks are the only reason I’m now on my 4th controller and it’s out of hand. But while it works it’s great!
