Great controller with a very premium feel to it. I’ve had it for awhile now and still works like new with no wear or tear. Best controller on the market

Controller works as expected. It's nice to be able to customize the triggers and sticks to make it more comfortable to use. As a PC gamer primarily I have this for games I prefer to use a controller on.

Perfect controller for the casual gamer that wants to upgrade their playing experience it has the smoothest thumbsticks and buttons that feel great all for a great price

Controller feels great, paddles take time to get used to, only complaint is both lb and rb stopped workikg besides every few clicks after about a year.

This controller has so many options, handles perfectly, adapts to your gamers needs and has it all, including a carry case for travel. Price is right and my son loves it!

Had the original and loved the customization. The 2 series has even more! I really like the 3 different trigger settings, for the pull. The tensioners on the joysticks as I have a heavy hand. Been using it for a bit and I really enjoy it! Haven’t had to charge it up yet so the battery life has been awesome! The price tag is my only complaint about it.

I love this controller. I Iike the weight, the paddles on the back, and the feel. I can't even play on a regular controller because they are so light to me now. It's kinda expensive for me.

I bought it used, it was a little dirty and already has slight drift. But I got it for a good price, so I’m happy

I play a lot of Apex Legends and the paddles that this controller comes with are fantastic. I have two of the three settings saved through the xbox app for Apex, Battlefield, and another that I’ll find a use for eventually. The battery lasts a long time on a single charge but it also takes a very long time to charge too. So keep that in mind. It is expensive, but I think it’s worth it so far.

It lasted me a good few years and I have no complaints.

I absolutely love this controller until I was playing one of my games and I was turning right with the analog stick and as I was holding the analog stick right No other buttons worked so there might be a short :(

Excellent controller. Feels slicker than the elite 1 at first but when you actually use it the handle area gets the perfect grip from heat. Perfect for competitive game, ei Call of Duty to get the button config just how you want it w the paddles so you dont take youtlr thumbs off the sticks

After playing 1st person shooters with an elite controller there is no way I can go back to using a standard controller. Being able map buttons such as melee, spotting crouching & jumping improved my game performance. It makes such a difference not having to move my thumb of of the thumb stick

The items wasn't new even tho that's what it was sold to me as. Definitely refurbished. Settings for back paddles already had presets installed and the xbox light was dim. Also had brown dust on the grips and had brown/orange crush all by the charger port. Luckily they allowed me to return and get another one. Which is the other one I'm going to leave a review for after this one. If new great product, sold as refurbished should be ok. But a refurbished shouldn't be sold as new, very suspicious in my opinion.

I love this for customizing game play. This allows you to tailor your controller to each came. Only three slots can be active at any one time, but you can make many profiles for different games. It even have the option to turn of the profiles so in reality you can have standard, and 3 customized slots with the push of a button without going into settings.

Great controller, would recommend. I will probably buy another one.
