Always love these controllers sadly this is my third one over time the left thumb stick seems to never recenter completely it's not that noticeable until you're playing a game that requires precision and this is also the second controller where the right bumper also messed up and sometimes doesn't work.

Best controller on the market! This might be the best thing Microsoft has ever created. No other controller comes close to its perfection. Only wish it worked on all consoles.

Great controller, no issues with it. I only gave 4 Stars since I purchased an open box excellent and it did not contain the charger for the case or all of the joysticks. My local Best Buy was unable to assist me further.

Awesome stay charged for at least 3 to 4 days on a full charge even though it was an open box try it was stealing supreme condition

The controller is over all good the buttons need to be sealed more to keep dirt and dust out of them.

A Good Controller, Responsive, Descent Battery Life, though I would install Grip Tape for Longer Play Sessions, Would Recommend.

This remote is by far the best because it comes with components that otherwise would cost a lot more. Another benefit is that it’s it’s case charges the remote.

Ive had multiple elite 2 controllers the look and feel good . They tend to stick drift quite easy if you drop them.

I have had my controller for over a month and barely had to charge it yesterday! I use my controller almost daily for about 3 hours. I love how the controller feels in my hands. Perfect for control customizations. Recommend 10/10. #TeamElite:)

Okay for the online gamer this is definitely a great idea for your gaming experience yes it’s definitely pricey but buy once and no not like the saying you will not cry once. I have had the elite series controllers since last model and yes upgraded and love the customization of them and the ease of use and the performance is amazing. Battery life is great also. If you’re a gamer you will love this controller and it will make gaming experience even more awesome. Definitely go get you one and enjoy and get the geek squad coverage to it’s worth it for all your purchases.

Girl, I love the controller but it has the same unfortunate problem in the last Elite Controller. I will give the first released Elite Controller props as the pealing didn’t start until 4 years into having it with HEAVY use. (Black ops 3 and 4 bb). On the second series, the rubber started to peel in a much shorter time than the first series. I’d say within 6 months to a year. Something new for me was the RB button would sometimes not read my presses during in game or a single press in a game menu would skip over multiple options versus just moving over one. It’s sad because I know these things can be fixed by the good ol’ DIY and I don’t mind taking these things apart, but at this point, they should just have parts readily available for the user to replace. Make the controller customizable from the jump to lessen the pain of having to find reliable parts or sending the controller back to probably just get a refurbished one back. Idk… Besides that, it’s really pretty and I do love the updated options that come on this model. I do see the love and hope to see these issues fixed in the future.

Love the customization. Only downside I have is sometimes the left thumb stick won’t click in fully when held forward for games like COD or a game that requires left thumb stick input for sprinting. Battery life is phenomenal, love the charging case. Overall, great controller to have.

Used this specifically for Call of Duty Mobile. I have heard ape models have issue with the triggers but this has worked amazing for me!
