You have to click it down pretty hard for the upper right paddle button to register not like how you would regularly click it. I can hear and feel the click and everything, but it just doesn’t register. Other than that, this controller is an excellent choice

If it's still within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging it for a new one. It blows the Dualsense edge out of the water. Not like youre cross shopping the 2 controllers if you have an xbox but the Elite controller 2 is the best controller for the XSX by far.

Good for first person shooters and lo NF gaming sessions. RB button has issues with double presses on own and bad stick drift out of the box.

Trouble with camera stick locking forward which seems to be a common occurrence in the series 2, otherwise would give 5 stars. Battery life is fantastic. I didn't experience any drift. Joy stick options are great, helps with precision movement on aiming etc...

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far so good the controller feels like a premium accessory, the price tag is high and some people might find the buttons on the back annoying but the beauty of this controller is that you can customize it to your liking and however you feel it the best way to play. The only thing I wish this controller had that is missing is the share button the new one has.
