The charging case works well and is pretty convenient and the cable is nice and braided.

I was also noticing gimbal drift that was very annoying. Fortunately I had purchased the Best Buy warranty. I used the purchase refund towards the Series 2 with the Best Buy warranty. So far I am very pleased with the performance.

It is so smooth and refined if anyone is looking for a great gaming remote this is it it surprised me how well is made they really outdid themselves!

I purchased the warranty and have exchanged for replacements without issue.

Purchased after another wired premium brand controller broke. This has similar options, just minus 2 buttons. Should have bought this one from the beginning. Best feel and layout in my opinion for a controller. Only negative is the dish comes loose easily.

It is awesome too. It is expensive but it is a huge difference to use this in competitive matchups such as call of duty. You get a big advantage having this to customize much more and triggers and to change the feel layout of the controller how You want it to be!!

Switched from buying direct ( this is my 6th controller) to Best Buy as RB inevitably fails and Best Buy protection plan is the best.
