Didnt come in original box but it cane with everything included in the original package. Works great. Love the fact everything is adjustable.

Best controller ever! I’m a pro cod player and this controller been everything but nice!

The paddles on the back change your game. You can play much faster with the paddles because you dont have to take your thumbs off the joysticks. The trigger locks, thumbstick tension, and thumbstick deadzone adjustments are great. Id highly recommend this to anyone who games on Xbox a lot and is trying to break their skill plateau.

Great contoller. Bought it for my pc when some games are just to mucb for mouse and keyboard. Easly change buttons to whatever you want and the sensitivity for the trigger and joy sticks

I Though The Product Was A Waste Of Money At First But Boy Was I Wrong. This Controller Is Made With The Gamer In Mind Its Made From Premium Materials and Overall Just Feels Like A Better Piece Of Hardware. You Can Add The Paddles To The Back Change The D Pad Change How Low You Can Press The Triggers. This Will Be Your Last Controller

Good controller. I only get about a years use out of it until stick drift becomes unbearable. Prob play more than the typical person. Def buy the warranty with controller.

Owned the first elite for almost 3 years before the LB button finally gave out, decided to upgrade to the elite 2. So far it feels like a durable controller but I also bought the extended warranty in case I have any issues with it down the road like the original elite.

Excellet, but it disconnects randomly mid match a lot. Best Buy exchange is only 15 days for controllers. For a $200 controller, this is absurd. I could understand if it were a base controller, but come on. Having to make the claim with Microsoft :/ I never had this problem with the first series.

The customizable back paddles are clicky, Confortable, and good quality, the only downside is battery, it can't be changed once the lifespan ends.

Got this for the gaming son, he loves it. Holding it compared with regular controller, there is a noticeable upgrade in quality and feel of the materials. He also loves the ability to customize the travel of the back trigger/paddle buttons so you don't have to push it down as far. Feels like a lot for a controller, but it is a nice one.

This controller is a must for anyone serious about gaming. Made with much higher quality parts than the standard controller. You can feel the weight. The additional paddle controls make it great for adding a jump button so you don't have to take your thumb off the air stick.

Fantastic controller. Unfortunately I was not able to use it as I wanted to. Nvidia Shield TV is not compatible nor WebOS for LG. I wanted to play on GeForce Now.

Does everything you hope it will do and more. The controller is easy to use, easy to charge and the paddles on the back are comfortable. I haven’t had any issues with stick drift but did have a little X button stickiness from first opening. No issues or concerns with the controller and well worth the price tag.

Better than ever.... so I'm the grandmom for a gamer that just turned 17 on the 4th of December. He absolutely loves this controller and sent me a screen shot saying "I need this". So I certainly know that he researches things awhile before he asks me and he is very happy with it.

Very solid controller with a nice weight to it. Adjustable tension in the thumbsticks is great and the charging dock inside the case was a really nice surprise. My only negatives are the lack of extra paddles being included and there not being a medium height thumbstick, the tall thumbstick is just a bit to tall for my liking.

I love this controller and want to keep on loving it been through 5 or because of a button always failing or stuck drift. For the price I really wish Microsoft would address this. Luckly best buy warranty helps

It's comfortable. I don't use the paddles it's hard as I have long fingers. I really liked how you can tighten the joysticks. Only thing I really hate about this controller is the triggers. They are a weird feeling plastic and when they have sweat on them its slippery

By far this is the absolute best controller I've ever used... it just feels like quality in your hands... and one you're used to using the paddles, you have the upper hand against ppl with a normal controller in any FPS game! I know it's expensive, but if you play a lot of FPS games, do yourself a favor and buy this!!!

I probably used my elite 1 everyday 3-4 hours. 2+ years without a problem. So far 1 month in, it feels like the 2 is the same type of quality controller with some better features. Like thumb stick tension control and a built in battery that with my daily use last well over a week. So far so good worth the money if I go 2-3 years again.
