Not for everyone
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller but not for me though. I'm 34 years old and cannot seem to move my fingers freely with this control. I used it 4 days a week for 1 month and I'm just too used to the regular buttons that I couldn't get used to the customizable triggers.

Best rechargeable controller, period
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Xbox, the elite controller makes it even better. I love that it comes with a recharging dock that you can use in the case or remove it from the case but still use it. Great fit, finish and feel. The paddles aren't my thing but it's a great controller

Great Buy!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Play about 4 hours a day. This is the only PRO Controller that has been able to withstand my daily playing style. I have tried 3 different companies and they all break within 6 months to a year.

Great controller. Easily gets stick drift
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I LOVE the elite controller. It’s great to use, has great features, and feels so comfortable. Definitely prefer it over the regular controller. I have had 2 in the last 3 years though because it is known for how easily it gets stick drift. I basically only play FPS (apex specifically), and the stick drift happens randomly and seems unfixable. Luckily, there is a warranty with microsoft for this so you can repair it but you shouldn’t have to repair a $200.00 controller that is always taken care of (placed in case every time after use and never dropped).

Just buy it!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace an older Xbox controller for use on my PC. Love the customization options and feel of this controller. It is definitely not your average controller and you’ll realize that once it’s in your hands. Well worth the splurge price point!

Microsoft needs to do some quality control.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the controller look and feel are excellent. I love the rubber grips (can't have a controller without them since the first Elite controller) and these feel better quality from the last. Because that was a major wear and tear issue before. I love the monochromatic look as well. Overall I'm a fan for the most part of the changes. USB-C, finally. There are just too many cons. I have gone through two of these controllers and they both had the same issues, and were 6 months apart. My A button is constantly sticking, it has a noticeable reaction lag. My RB, also sticks and has a noticeable sound when I press down on it, like a spring or something is our of place. The most used buttons were defective on arrival... on two models. I just can't justify getting this controller because it has been riddled with issues from the start. I had the 6m gap in between because Microsoft said they were addressing the issues... apparently not. Also, they don't include the taller analog sticks like the did in the first model. They include ONE, and it's far too tall. I feel like they skimped on the accessories to include the charging stand. For 200+ on a controller, I couldn't recommend it, and if you do buy the Best Buy Protection. Note: there's a reason the protection is so pricey on the controller...

I do like it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller! But... I think its a real shame that its expected to fail in some way (stick drift or bumber not working, etc) after a few months. Maybe 6 months I think. I on my 2nd or 3rd one and I do treat them well, never in a damaging way. I will say that it takes me time to adjust to normal controller after using an elite controller. I cannot recommed this to anyone without warranty of some kind.
