The value is there with the open box.

Get the competitors controllers. Not to mention its super heavy and will cause wrist pains.

If you want to save your money get the protection plan as the controller will inevitably fail. I am on my 4th one now and so glad that I always get the protection plan.

Hello XBox, the entire reason people purchase these is for the paddles. I was fine having to buy a new one every couple of years, but buying an "accessory kit" separate is a joke and really shows that you do not know your customers at all.

Excellent battery life as well and comes with a great case to store the extra swappable parts, paddles, and charging station.

Great controller until it wasn’t

Upon research trying to resolve the issues I realized it was a known problem with the right analog stick becoming unresponsive after attempting troubleshooting nothing worked so I had to return the controller as defective.
